Weird, I can almost swear I saw a list in which Cryptoxchange was next to Mr Bitcoins and West Autos.
Anyways, question still remains, if anybody payed already the ASIC $8 fee  to get the last registered address, please share.

Nothing.  At this point I'm assuming my money there is lost.

I complained to NSW Fair Trading but they were unable to make contact with Kenseycol. They said the next step would be to take it to the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal (www.cttt.nsw.gov.au). I have had no replies to any of my letters or emails.  I am trying to work out if it is worth taking the next step and getting a court order.

I just got the latest ASIC Company Extract for Kenseycol Pty Ltd ACN 140 244 828.  The registered office from 28/12/2012 is 27 Kamdell Place, Orange NSW 2800.  Director is Colin Robert Armitt of 25 Olympic Drive, Orange NSW 2800.

An ASIC search also shows CRYPTO X CHANGE as a registered business name number BN98597140 with the Office of Fair Trading, New South Wales, from 29/09/2011.

Bill, coordinate with dadj, he's Australian and taken the most steps from what I've seen until now.

Yes, I will try the Police at some stage like dadj suggests. I am in NSW Australia.

CryptoXChange has received a scammer tag, but this does not help very much.

I opened a separate thread for those who would like to pursue this further on, to see how many of us were scammed and gather some more proof on that:

You don't need to post your names/personal info, we just need to see how many of us are into this mess.
