I also am facing same problem whenever I try to tweet with link.It seems we need to use shorten link for the site instead of real one what have used till now.OP can we use shorten link in our tweets ? Is this Ok ?

This is strange I will get back to you after I speak with admin. I have not had a problem until now and I know when counting tweets and retweets they was long links and many of them. We will get to the bottom of it Im sure.

That is strange. While counting them on the 30th I found no tweets thus wrote what I see. I double check now and they are all stacked neatly at the top! Yours was the only account I could not find them on and was the easiest to find. Anyway the remainder will be sent to your address, thanks for letting me know.
