I think the predictability  of inflation rate will be  one of the key features for bit coin  change to real currency.

If you think of inflation as bitcoin supply, neither it is predictable, nor is it a key feature that would make it into a real currency (actually it will be an obstacle in the long run)...

This shows the rate of increase of monetary base (number of BTC) and the rate that is increasing.  The price is a function of many more variables than that.
