I really hope you all get paid back. I've been scammed too many times by degenerates. I just got done showing everyone what Cryptsy has been up to. Click my sig link to see for yourselves. Seeing this scammer almost get away with this BS, I had to post what I had found. I would DOX 'em if the January 1st, 2016 repayment deadline is not met.

Instead of going on with your usual bullshit, why dont you fucking hurry up with refunding all the people you owe?
I'm one of the people that he owes, so I am concerned by your question here. While I do urge him to refund me and everyone else, the negativity and comment abuse going on here is disgusting. Can we stop acting like animals for a second? He's going to refund the people here, sooner or later. If he doesn't, or shows that he somehow does not intend to do that, or is blatantly lying, then his personal data will be shown to the public, leading to lawsuit, or maybe, even worse. So for now, I beg the people here to stop blatantly going at him, it really won't lead anywhere at this point. THANK YOU GOOD LORD!!!!I just came back to this daily entertainment, and I see all those people spitting on Master-p while it seems he's trying to recover the funds. If you believe he was hacked and he's saying the truth, then show some sympathy. He has no duty to repay all of you! Unless you sign a precise contract with him saying he'll ensure the security of the funds it is not something that he has legally the obligation to do. So he's saying he'll try to repay even if he can't access the funds and you're all "shut the fuck up bitch and repay what you owe you dump shit". Well just think a second. Do you think yelling like a sow will help anyone in any way? This community... Horrible group of abusive people...

If you do then you try to find a solution with him. If you don't you release dox and file a case. No use of insulting him, and asking this "piece of shit to repay what he owes". But seriously does anyone believe he's going to repay everything? Not a question of being hacked. Just that if he was not hacked, he scammed 10k$, he's not going to give it back. Especially when you know how difficult it is to accuse anyone with only digital proofs... If he was hacked he's not responsible. Unless he has signed a due contract with all of you explaining he'll assure the funds again any criminal act he doesn't have to repay it. And as "good" as he can be, there is no way he's going to spend 10k$ of his own money just because he doesn't want "to disappoint people". Nobody does that. That's not being honnest, that's being stupid. People knew they also took a small risk by sending the funds to one person. If he was genuinely hacked then he's maybe stupid, but not totally responsible.

That's what keeps them from claiming they got "hacked" and walking away scot-free. What do people not get about this concept?

This community... And the "fucking simpleton" advises you to think a bit more about the LEGAL definition of escrow and what's needed for it. We're talking about filing a case, so the question is not what you BELIEVE an escrow is, but can master-p be legally considered as an escrow and what are his obligation as one. Under the law. Not for your useless opinion. Think more, insult less. Kiss.

Hacked or not hacked is not really the question in the end. People that got scammed should dox him and file a case, hopping that a proper investigation will be made and point a true culprit. There is nothing that is going to be done, for the sole reason that nobody send back 10k$ just because he's nice xD On the net is really difficult to probe master-p is really one people. For exemple, under master-p user could be active a gruop of scammer. And they could have other account, just right to scam other people! During my little experience (i'm not a genius on computer ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) ) i was scammed of 45$ ! The ridicoluos thig is that the same user bought a new (and high rank account) in digital section, so he could continue to scam ither people!!!!!!!!!! You could see my post about the seller in scam tread. PS: Thank you Flap for all you made for me ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) . I hope you could have an happy new year ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I choose Real master-p ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) . Ahah, oh my god it would be actually funny if that was not a question of 12k$ robbed! But still, users got quite creativity, I'm pretty sure master-p is not the one creating all those accounts, some people are taking a fun time with all this story! Couldn't admi forbid the use of master p in nicknam of newbies for a time? ^^

Wow! This thread really took off! According to the OP, "I lost complete faith in this forum now." It's a very sad event but it's nothing new. It's not the only scam found on this forum but faith shouldn't be lost in the forum on account of it. In fact, it's a small event compared to some of the others. (a few months ago 330 BTC and barely a complaint: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1158117.120) It is just one of the dangers inherent to bitcoin. I understand that the forums trust system was in play with this particular event; however, I think the community gave an honest evaluation of the service provider from the information they attained and that's how the system is designed to work. What that person did with the trust they'd gained as a result of that feedback should not be retroactively damaging to the system. Again, it's a complication inherent to bitcoin, not the forum or the community, and I think the problem has an easier fix than what is generally accepted. Whether we like it, or not, some sort of smart contract capability needs to be incorporated into the functionality of the platform.

Don't send huge amount to people you don't know. That's a basic... I've filled a 3.5 btc lending, quite a huge amount, I asked for ID proof that's all. Easy to see if the person asking for lend is a scammer. A scammer never gives proofs of his identity, you want to send/invest huge amount of money? Ask for a photo and a scan of ID + a random official paper depending on the country. People are too greedy.
