I have been in contact with visa since the scam took place, they actually called me after you emptied my balance because they found it strange coming from an IP from Philidelphia when I live in California. Im not going to argue about IF you scammed. Its a fact. The evidence gave to the police is plenty enough for them to get a search warrant and release your personal information.
