No, I would never do that because it is a crazy thing in my opinion I do not know how it feels to eating a human and I do not want to do. The main reason is a matter of religious beliefs do not allow me to eat a fellow a human. In addition I'm sure there are a disease and viruses in the human body so it does not deserve to be eaten.

I think the common misconception in this thread is that we're mistaking human consumption for survival for cannibalism. There is a very broad line between the two. If we have a choice of eating fruits and other animals then why would we be eating human flesh? The thing here is that there are situations where in you won't be given any choices. If you crash landed deep in the andes mountain region, with days between you and the nearest civilization what would you do? Of course you'll try to use up every available option but if you're in a very desperate situation, it's either you survive or die. And again you won't be eating someone alive here.

It's not crazyt when you're about to die from starvation. It probably feels like any other meat, why would it be any different? Every organism has diseases, bacterias,etc.. but that's where fire comes in handy.

You will understand it only when you find yourself lost in the middle of a barren desert. There is no food and water around, and you can't stay alive by eating sand and rock. For me, eating snakes and worms is preferable to eating a human. But what you will do, if snakes are not available?

Yeah you need to cook them first. Best would probably be muscle tissue and grilled would be better. Cook that fat off. With some spices like cajun you wouldn't even taste the person. It would taste like jerk beef or jerk chicken or jerk off.. yummy.

I have never eaten human meat, so can't comment on how it tastes like.

However, Issei Sagawa (a Japanese cannibal) once claimed that the human meat is the tastiest of all the meats.

Also, you know how beef or whale meat has a sort of beastly smell to it? Human meat is odorless. I actually believe that human meat is the tastiest of all meats. It doesn’t have any of that gamey animal smell. When I ate some more a couple of days later, just before I got arrested, the meat had become sweeter and it tasted great. The meat on the soles of her feet smelled bad, though, and didn’t taste very nice. The neck was the best. The meat tastes more delicate as you move up the body, especially above the torso. Her tongue was delicious as well. I took it out of her mouth and chewed on it raw. Neither the neck nor the tongue has much meat on it, though, so if you really want to feast, you should eat the thighs.

Yes but why should eat humans? We could eat other like an animal or plant. I am sure there are many diseases if eating human flesh. If there was a famine maybe I would choose to eat the plants, if any definite meat animal flesh. Besides my religion prohibits to eat human flesh, so under any circumstances I would not eat human flesh.

Well true, only people slackers who would do that, eat anything so in a state that is very hungry. In this world a lot of animals and plants are edible. If we keep looking for something decent to eat we'll find him, and it was not human flesh, human flesh was unfit to be eaten by humans. Finding locusts can you use as food, grasshopper is an insect that is good and healthy to eat.

It is more like a personal choice. If you prefer human feces over human meat, then it is perfectly fine with me. But I will never eat feces, even in a life or death situation. Doing so is quite repulsive.

Well i don't think you understand what we're pointing out here and i think the argument would just go around in circles. It's not about eating someone for pleasure so why question our upbringing? I'm sure its very easy to say that you'd rather die that consume human flesh but hopefully we all don't get to a point of desperation where we would be presented with a choice to just die or, as a last desperate option, consume human meat.

Either your English skills are not up to the mark, or your comprehension skills are not good. If you won't eat human meat in order to survive, then good for you. But you can't ask others to do the same. For the rest of us, it is just stupid not to stay alive when you got a choice.
