How about the only medicine that will cure your sick is by eating human aren't you still eat human for you to survive or just you will ended your life because of that pride you will not still eat human. For me life is more important and i'll do anything for me to survive.

That is a lot easier said and though of than done. Many would say the same as you dude but faced with an option of suicide or eating a dead body, many of you will not think long before choosing survival if you're already faced with suce a desperate situation

Meat will remain healthy unless the individual is suffering from rare diseases such as Kuru. Even if the meat is infected with pathogens such as Bacteria and virus, they will die once it is properly cooked. So go ahead and enjoy your food! It tastes better with a little bit of black pepper and oregano seasoning.

absolutely not. Regardless of the situation i'm in and despite the difficulties to survive, i would still choose not to eat it. I can't dare chew some human meat or even fathom to chop and cook some of it for me to survive. My decision making might have been influenced with the lifestyle and country i love in but regardless, i still will not. Maybe i'll just grow some plants and some root crops.

Just for survival. If you're facing death by other means too, so it's a tradeoff of probabilities. What I'd probably do is eat the obvious muscle tissue, after proper cooking of course. Most of the edible flesh on the legs and arms is muscle. Unless death by starvation is imminent, I'd stay away from other parts.

But can you do that if you came from sleep and wake up that you were hungry and you were near a dead person and there is no way to eat something.     Anyways, I will do the same thing as you.  I will find a way to eat something edible around myself.  I will just drink first so that I can be like full.  There is always a way and besides like what you said, what if that person have a disease then you will also die instead of surviving.
