Debit Automatic Payment (system auto)
Debit Manual Payment (human intervention)

Pools based on MPOS (https://github.com/MPOS/php-mpos) have same elements.

Raising the reward is 10 times a big mistake. The number of miners may increase,
but they will not be holders and will drop the price even lower. Existing coin holders will suffer a lot, about 10 times ...

Turns out you might be right about this. We might need to revert this change back to 50HODL/block mining reward.

Thanx for the info!I will try and see.

Edit: successfully tranfered my hodls from v.3 wallet to v.4 with wallet.dat.Only the conflicted transactions are still conflicted ,the major volume of my hodls. These are lost as far as i can understand.I searched a lot but did not find any solution.Does anyone knows exactly what is the interest on V.4 wallet?I mean for no closed long term deposits. Is it right what is menrioned above?

Does anyone knows when optiminer.pl will support the new V.4 wallet? The people that are still minning at optiminer pool, how do they get paid if only V.3 wallet is supported?I tried to install V.3 wallet on another pc but it does not download the blockchain or has any active connections!
Any help would be appreciate.

You can use
Code:
-zapwallettxes
to clear out all the conflicted tx. Just run the core with the that command.

I'm using HOdlcoin Core version v4.0.0.0-26302440 (64-bit), but my transaction didn't show up at Unnamed Exchange.  Either they're using a different version, or the network is forked.  I have 104 confirmations, so I assume any of my connected peers wouldn't be able to deposit at Unnamed either.

Or the third possibility is that they had an internal error in their system which has nothing to do with the hodl network.

  • You are on the latest version of HOdlcoin client
  • When viewing https://www.unnamed.exchange/CoinInfo?id=HODL it wasn't possible to determine volume of trade to see if any HOdl movement had been recorded in recent dates
  • You will need to contact Unnamed.Exchange support to determine the wallet client version they are using, if they haven't updated since the fork, well... they're in their own pocket universe, from the view of the active current blockchain.
  • When/if they update to latest version then your deposit will appear.
Sorry I can't confirm which client/chain they're on.

Just for the benefit of others, Unnamed.Exchange is on latest chain/client and can properly send/receive HOdl?
Thanks for sharing.

What if they deposited/timelocked my coin for 48 hours in-wallet, to gain interest before crediting my account

I guess it isn't impossible, perhaps they do that by default with all coin Tx to create a pool for HF trades or such, but it's all supposition.

But, for the benefit of other HOdlers, did they state whether they are on the latest client/blockchain?
Only asking  because others may wish to send/receive HOdl via Unnamed.Exchange.

They didn't say, they just put the coins into my exchange account.  So I assume they received the transaction, which means they must be on the main chain now whether they were or not at first.

Also, I'd like to add that my transaction to Coinexchange.io showed up immediately in my exchange account.  They require 200 confirmations, but at least it's there.
