New "problem"

Im getting "not providing work fast enough" in sgminer.

Is there any way to increase the speed the wallet can give out jobs? Like farmrecheck in eth.

You want to increase the number of work items you queue. In sgminer, press "S" for settings, then "Q" for queue, and enter a larger number and press enter.

My conf file had   "worksize": "128",

but it seems to "1" in the S-Q settings. Hmm.
Whats high and low?
Does it affect anything?

Rejected blocks are a really sad thing now Cheesy

(yes, the sound must be non intrusive, and preferably off by default. Like a little speaker you need to press)

I believe you are confusing two very different things. Worksize is a GPU setting and not the same as supply of work. You want to use worksize of 64 for, what I assume is because your using sgminer, AMD/ATI GPUs.

When mining solo, I crank the queue up. Several hundreds.

The net hashrate has dropped to only 200MH/S now  Sad

Probably connected to the price.
When the price is 200+ , its even more profitable to mine BERNS than ETH.

The reward for those mining now are almost doubled too. Diff=low

Like mr CryptoCanary. When netspeed is 600mh, he makes 5-7K BERNS. Now he makes 23K

too funny, how about enjoy healthcare/college education for the poor so they don't have to break the law and work a full time job to pay bills and keep a roof over their heads... and if you're claiming under 250k a year Bernies changes won't even affect your tax rates (which is the majority of people) it will be nice to have america join the 21st century society which most of the rest of the world is already enjoying.

lol People act like taxing the rich is evil... they get the benefit of making billions of dollars from your country they can pay their F'ing taxes Ha I wonder how much money Trump is hiding away from america in offshore bank accounts... literally stealing from americans.

lol who cares where the exchange is based this is the internet duh!

The reward is the same, but since lower difficulty makes you find them easier and more often, yes, reward is "bigger" for those left mining.

k I see what you mean, if the price rises enough for long enough miners pile on and raise the hashrate. ah but then less for the actual coin collector/followers.

the more exchanges the better for sure, I'd love to see what would happen if we made it to Poloniex and Bittrex  Cool

If you check the pool stat now you'll see he gets 7 000 BERNS less pr day now because of rise in netspeed(diff).
So yes, you would earn a TON if you were the only miner .. the problem with that ton is that you wont be able to sell it. Or will have to sell it so cheap that its not worth much.

Like with ETH now.. the difficulty is so high it takes days for a solo miner to maybe find a block. But since the price is so high, its still worth the search.  Finding a ETH block solo is so hard that a pool will be smart unless you have very high hashrates.

Bottom line is PRICE.
If the price is high enough.. a long block search is worth it.
Price controls everything, really.
High price = more miners, more speed, more steady trades, higher volumes, lower risks.

FYI: The block reward, presently 250 BERN, will decrease to 10 BERN at block 720001. This should be ~1 week before the election in November. It will stay at 10 BERN for 3 years until ramping back up to 100 BERN prior to the 2020 election.
