Gambling problem

I've lost over 10BTC in the past three months, and let me tell you. Stopping isn't as easy as you might think. I don't know why I keep doing it but I do. And the result is always the same.
Net Profit: - 5.500BTC
Sometimes I play Black Jack, sometimes I play Dice. Most of the time it's dice, and that's basically where I lose all my money. Nothing ever works. Martingale: Nope. Reverse Martingale: Nope. All in 80-90%: Nope. Spamming 97% win chance: Nope. I wish I could stop lol

Wow, that really sucks. I would be very mad at my self if I lost 4k US dollars.

yah 4k usd in real money is really a lot. you can do a lot with that kind of money. and that is also the danger of playing with btc. 10btc may not looks very big but 4k usd do. so you may end up betting more without really feel the real pain.

The problem is that when you enter you are ready to lose some money. The problem is when you lose it all you dont give up and put more in it... this new amount you werent ready to lose, so, this is the problem.

I extreamly agreed with you man. When we loose our money, we got insist to get back our lost money. When we lost again. we got more insist and when we win we get lured for more money, and we do it again again and again. then we addicted and afterward we can't leave it.

That is a harsh element of gambling some people think they win a fortune because of it I never think like that when I play and this will make you lose even worst and some people will be a problem for their families because of addiction issues.

Once you started taking loans and debts off of several people and financial institutions and/or banks, you know you already have a gambling problem. You need to consult a psychiatrist because if you will only depend on the support of your family members, you won't get out of that trouble.

I think. never too late to improve themselves and get out of gambling, if you say. "It is already too late" in others people. maybe he could have been suicidal mate. because it can not solve this problem. there are many way out. come on dude. Do not give up

it's too late because those gamblers in tons of debt don't even have the chance to commit suicide, the lenders will kill them first, or they will be thrown at jail.

Everyone has a gambling problem if they are going to gamble. But I think that is very normal.
We are all very greedy and that is not good. The best is to find some distraction and that is the best option I think.

My issue is sports betting. 1) I pretty much suck at it. But when I lose to tend to want to get my money back so I start chasing and that's where the problems begin.

I bet 5BTC on the SBowl and lost, so later that nite I decide to win it all back on primedice.com ; I made 2 rolls at 2.5 BTC each and won.

But let me tell ya, I could have very easily LOST and you're talking about a major disaster. 10BTC that's what, $5000?

For some reason sports betting has been my issue which is why I have given it up for life. If I go into a casino I won't chase my loses too much, although I have in vegas on roulette a few times and got lucky.

I don't play any online casino games b/c they are -EV. I will only play craps in the casino, but I mostly play poker where at least there's a skill element involved.

Just dont bet what you can't afford to lose. And consider it entertainment which means go to a real casino not on your laptop.

That is good, atleast you knew your limitations in gambling, if you started to love your gambling habit, there's no problem about that as long as you do not abuse gambling up to the last drop of your coins..

i had some gambling problems, not that big a deal thoguh but there was some minor problems that lead me to keep losing my bankrolls and invest again and lose again. no i try to discipline myself more so i stop losing so much money.

That is pretty good from you, the last time I'm hearing a lot of people that are addicted to gambling with the bitcoin its almost a part of the bitcoin right now. Did you stop by yourself or not ?
A lot of people think they can make big dollars with it but its almost every time the opposite, they will lose a lot.

Yep, that's true. Many times I thought that I'm not the one who won't stop until he lost everything on the balance but the day before yesterday it happened ... again. I lost $5 in BTC in 30 seconds. Maybe it's not a big amount for most players but for me it is. Normally I gamble with not more than $0.5-$1 just for fun but sometimes things like this happen.

I would say that ain't a minor problem at all. It seems you are already addicted to gambling due to your losses that you are trying to recover as soon as possible. That is one reason why someone is being addicted to gambling. Addiction is a big deal that you should cope with. Good thing you are trying to discipline yourself and good luck dealing with that

if you are cowboy and bet huge amounts then yes.

I only gamble for fun and stake 2-3% at most on a bet

gambling are bad for most people who had an uncontrolled emotional once they get a huge lost and it would be a problem if they go mad make a bet even they can not afford to cover it.
if you just enjoy the thrill of playing and make it as an entertain it won't be a problem at all.

A lot of people have a gambling addiction because of they think they can win money fast but at the end will lose everything.
I think its just better to not gamble when you know you are fast addicted to something.

If you got a gambling problem its easy to resolve just hold your bitcoins in a other wallet, also what I heard last time is talking to relatives about it.

Actually the problem with gambling is that , it makes to too addicted and then you keep your important works aside and
