I believe some of the sell pressure is also coming from some newbies buying in at around 0.0012 panicking. |

I have no idea why anyone would buy the hype of this thread. Please please PLEASE do your friggin research. Know the state of affairs before you invest. People bought at yobit prices just to watch the TRUE value be exposed then scream the "boat is sinking". I actually feel bad for them. Lisk will rise again but only when its has something to show. I made quite a bit of cash from that yobit fiasco but I understood the State of affairs so I was able to capitalize on it. Good luck everyone.

Well for starters you will be able to operate a darknet market outside of tor.
So you have just brought the mainstream internet users closer to a darknet market.
Cryptocurrency of choice would be LSK and it is basically a decentralized network.
The gov't officials would not be able to stop them.
The value would increase because of the awareness just like how the silk road brought many to bitcoin in 2013 & 2014.
The more bapps/dapps on the Lisk sidechains then more ways to obscure LSK transactions.
This is a very interesting concept. Lisk would then prove to become very useful for developing not only decentralized apps (using JavaScript) but also, the ability to operate a darknet market within its blockchain. Imagine a darknet running on a blockchain, in which it will remain online as long as there is at least 1 node to keep the network alive. (in this case it is Lisk) It is a good thing to see the official launch for it, and I hope that it will become one of the top platform used by JavaScript developers worldwide.  Does anyone believe that they have the JavaScript skills to develop this? Anyone being the sidechain delegate supporting the node would be very easy to locate to begin with , but would also be charged with crimes themselves not to mention the treasure trove of peoples details that would be incredibly easy to get off the delegate node once its been located As long as the nodes hosting a bapp/dapp are in a country where a darknet market is being hosted isn't illegal then it is just fine. Thanks goodness there are over 200 countries on this planet. For example Nigeria doesn't give a damn about any darknet markets much less cryptocurrencies. Do you know anything about the silkroad take down? it was an extremely hard to find server that took attacking the whole tor network to find the hosting website. Anyone could take 5 minutes and know exactly who and where it is being hosted from . How are you preventing it from being found? If its found then it will be located extremely easily , they could literally just snoop on it without taking it down and be fed all the information of every single user using the service , they would't even need to reveal where they got their info just wait for the guilty party to get caught in the act and then respond Again you didn't address the main fact that it depends on the country the node is located in. Not every country in the world cares about darknet markets. More importantly it depends on what is being exchanged on a darknet market. A darknet market isn't illegal in it's self. I really do hope you can understand these points I'm presenting to you. If you would like for me to present a list of countries that don't criminalize drugs just ask and I'll will reply. |

For a brief moment 10 bucks per coin. This before the launch, just for the potential of the project. At the moment that people increase the offer in the exchanges, the price falls. It's simple, but a lot of guys don't get it. So it's necessary wait for them to dump their coins for non-amateurs, to stop messing up the game, then maybe you will see it above 0.00075. Of course, we need more results, but we need patience as well, the platform was launched a week ago. |

Where's a good place to go for Lisk discussion that isn't price tracking? For Ethereum, the subreddits have a lot of great discussion that has nothing to do with whether it moved over the last 10 minutes to 58k or 71k or 96k or whatever. There are some clear advantages Lisk has over other platforms (mostly the brilliant idea of natively sidechaining apps), and I'd like to see some discussion on the impact that has on potential uses. The subreddit is pretty sparse; is there somewhere else where this discussion is going on?
