It is unbelievable all what is happening on yobit right now.I observed in the morning price for 1 Lisk/0.0098 BTC this is ridiculous.I hope when we will receive our ICO coins the price will remain same with some correction.The current situation is very entertaining at least for some people.

If price stays the same on launch, I think a lot of people are gonna make a mad dash to the exchanges to dump. However, people are looking for low price LISK because we all know it's got a bright future so people will start buying on the dips. So I see a drop in price on launch but I doubt it will go under $1. That's my professional opinion

If the majority of traders in it are of at least average intelligence, they are in it so sell the IOUs again, not to sit on them and wait for the swap.

I think at this point, all we see is a simple pump & dump scenario the same way you would see it on any other shitcoin. But because it shares a name with something that has gotten a lot of attention lately, it's a little bigger than normal.

EDIT: i don't think that Lisk is a shitcoin and I think we will see a nice ROI, but it's gonna be far less than 0.017 btc.

i think it depends on LISK Holders (ICO , facebook\twitter\Signature campaign) where no one will sell below 0.01 + .
Here we control the supply like yobit did and it is not difficult to do that .

Won't go even close to ICO price. I think this pump will top out at $800-$900 million, and the floor at intro around $2-$3 or so. No one is selling under $1 when it hit $8.

Well... that's not unexpected:

This is an interesting development.
Similar things can and did also happen on the NXT asset exchange before. I could create an asset right now, say Lisktoken, and presto people can buy lisk from me (and after that trade normally from there). The only thing I had to do for it to be workable is a garantee that I'll make good on my IOU. So let's say I create the asset with 1 000 000 tokens, thats 1 million Lisk. If I put 1 million lisk worth of bitcoin (with some safety markings, lets say 10 times ICO price) into escrow with the promise that I'll exchange the tokens for real Lisk withing a week after launch.
