It's working all the late noobs are showing up now that's good.  Grin

they delayed the start because there are no real dapps running. for what do you need a shipyard, when you have no ships?

Eth is a smart contracts platform and they had several projects already developing Dapp before they even startet.

When they start now, it will crash down the hill like Crypti

I'm not phased by a delay. I waited on eth for a year. So this is nothing to cry about.

Yeah I waited until March and got 5x more. it was 1 year and 8 months. Waiting counts . Also Lisk will be A LONG waiting phase.

Code:
Validate your ICO Passphrase!
Important! Every ICO participant should do it!

Guys I don't understand it. Why should I risk security issues again. I saved the file. Is there really the possibility that its wrong? Kidding me?
With bitcoin you try to make paperwallets offline to be sure, that there is no hacking possibility and I should repeatedly risk it here?

LoL That was at least funny Sergey.

On the serious note, it is too late son, your crime has been committed - now you are the yesterday news. When you will be in jail for your blatant IOTA scam and the horny prison population fuck so hard your tight ass with their giant Belarusian dicks, then you will wish be in this threesome.

This looks like you have given up. Dude, come back to us, you don't want the others to think you are a loser, do you?

so again the question. Is there ANY case, that a passphrase can be wrong in the generated file?

The fact that you are complaining about having to check your passphrase to make sure it's valid is funny as shit.  Grin

I generated my keys but now it says I have to confirm them wtf is this a phishing email?

You don't have to confirm your keys, but it is a good idea.

https://academy.lisk.io/lisk-guide-to-verifying-your-ico-generated-keys-c11a5df1089f#.

You only have to do one confirmation for each of your transactions. This is optional buy highly recommended.

I did 13 small transactions with separate passphrases and they all validated.

Make sure you use a computer that's free of malware and set 2FA for your account.

There have been cases where people have thought their passphrases were correct but ended up being incorrect after a validation.

This past week I have seen everything from simple human mistakes, the validations are for making sure you have correct ones.

Is there a possibility that you saved the passphrase wrong? Yes, there is a possibility, and by validating you eliminate that possibility completely.

Be assured that no information is sent while validating.

I'm going to stop laughing since you are one of the Longterm guys. It's not mandatory but it would help speed things up. You don't have too if you really really don't want too. It's on you. But for me I validated just to make sure. Edit: listen to the guy above me bigcabrito he's community manager.

Yeah, you can validate them, like, 1000 times (weird feature) if you want. However, I could not tell you if this is a mandatory process or if it is just something to ensure more security regarding the validity of the keys, because a mistake can always happen Wink !

the whole idea of confirming the keys is confusing and ill-conceived.  when i first saw it mentioned i knew it was going to be a cluster.

devs should have done a lot better job explaining what it means to confirm the keys.   even now, they should be making a daily post going overboard explaining it - and then explaining it again - because it is inherently confusing.  and because it involves the keys people are obviously concerned and wanting extreme clarity, which is hard to locate

the fact that it's optional only adds to the confusion.

bad marketing.  very lame overall.

im long LISK, but the devs must do better than this.

do you have to validate more than once?
