First, I am not affiliated with the Lisk team at all. I am just an onlooker that wants to help out anyway I can here.
If anyone is in need of some hand holding to set up a virtual machine on a hosting site so you can withdrawal your Lisks to an exchange, shoot me a PM here and I will attempt to make time for the walk through today. ( You will need to use a linux cmd line, but I promise its not difficult)
That being said, I am only promising success with clean ubuntu machines.
Just a fellow ICO investor that cares about people getting their money freed up.

It seems like funds from the advisor fund have moved and probably sold. Intentional or account compromised?
My guess would be that they had agreements with some of them to give them a portion of the adviser ICO funds in exchange for their assistance leading up to the launch. This is common practice for startups. They probably sent the agreed funds to whoever helped them. You should be able to see where the funds went in the block explorer and determine if they went to the Polo wallet or not. Yes. We have a few advisors which are not announced yet. They are big personalities in the blockchain industry and we will announce them at the best possible time (marketing-wise). This is obviously not at the moment. We needed to send the coins to them before any trading activity happened, in order to not get them into tax problems. The amounts were declared and sealed months ago. We will issue a blog post about the current situation this evening. There, I will go into detail about that again.

At this point I am not even mad if the online mess is intentional (If I was Max I would 100% be doing this intentionally from a business perspective), its the only thing preventing dump below ICO levels so is actually keeping the coin afloat. However if my coins are truly gone, hacked, magically given to some douche like the guy stealing coins above then this is beyond fucked.
Guys its very simple, If you are using the online wallet, I have spoken to the Devs, There is a very expensive DDOS going on, if you install docker and use your own node all is working 100% If you are using the online nodes they provided, they are being DDossed and resulting in not syncing with blockchain correctly, of course the blockchain will continue and your coins will not be spent so relax!! Before spending any coins if you are using the online wallet, go to blockchain and see when the last block was , If it says hours ago, then node is not syncing, if it says seconds or min, then spend your coins, simple!! I admit I am being a bit dramatic, and I am not letting it ruin my week (1 btc invested only). I figured if I could log into my account the DDOS was not affecting it, are you saying that the reason I can log in but cannot see any balance is because of DDOS? I would assume I wouldnt have access at all. I am saying the reason you can log in is because the node that you are using is a good node and is accepting connections, however the requests are too large and thus causing it to stop syncing with the blockchain, so in otherwords it has either forked, or stopped syncing, that means whatever you do on that node will not have any true affect on the blockchain until it starts to sync correctly, so your coins are 100% safe, if you like you can head over to the lisk chat and I will be more than happy to help you get access to your coins if you like :-)

AWSOME NEWS GUYS<,,,,, Everyone made money on lisk from buying ICO and it would appear the only people that are not happy are the ones who missed it. I would like to say a big thank you to the team for all their Efforts, Unfortunately I cannot speak for all the children ranting and raving, but from what I can tell the launch was a sucess, everything seems to be working well YES HATERS!! EVERYTHING WORKS WELL! just not the online wallets, but you can just make your own online wallet! Looking forward to hear who these big names are :-)
