Very nice! Now time to get settled and let the real work begin. Ethereum foundation has had many problems of late and it is time for Lisk to take advantage of this. Maybe try to talk to some of the developers to give Lisk a try for their smart contract projects and dapps.

17. Are there any plans to make an innate Windows installation instead of having a docker container?

Oliver: Yes, we would like to provide a full native Windows client for running a delegate, or operating sidechains. Due to some reliance on the POSIX architecture used by Linux, OS X and FreeBSD, we will need to conduct a feasibility study before we can commit on a time-frame.

For the time being, the docker container does provide a solution that works.

I'm not really sure if I missed it in the summary of the technical meeting / community meeting, but what are the current plans for the start of forging? I guess I may need to bring out my votes again soon.

We changed our versioning scheme to a proper one (http://semver.org). That means we are pushing out updates and once we feel confident that Lisk is ready, we will activate the forging rewards. On GitHub you will soon see a new milestone similar to "stable forging" or "community delegates".

Now that is interesting.

This is one theory about LIR, I'm not convinced that Eric and the current incarnation of Phoenix1969 are still the same people I did a lexical analysis on the posts are there are many differences in writing formation, grammar and structure. It seems clear to me that the owner of that account changed hands at least two times.

I think if he planned this the way it seems that he must have changed his writing style to fit the scam. I could be wrong. Either way just be careful picking him as a delegate because Eric Hansen looks like a scammer.

TL;DR:
Define for every release a total bounty, split it in two equal pots (best forgers and best testers), and pay it to the 10 best forgers (by a given distribution) and the best testers (decided by the Lisk team or the community).

That is correct.

But that (rent) is legitimate expense and it should be paid from ico funds. No one would mind if you get back that money for rent when ico funds are available.
