Terry Davidd = Macedonia Devin ( one of the biggest Griefer in the game).. this person has a shit load of alts ( has broken all the game rules blatantly . The master of Double Standards)
A lot of players and landowners left the game because of this person. Quite a few landowners and players also muted her for good
She is not Wilis girlfriend that much i can tell.. (in the earlier days of the game wili even banned her from business park due to some fight with another player they spat at each other in open chat someone might still have the logs)

it was often mentioned in open chat wili was from Slovenia in the earlier days of the game

if you had a way to contact ex and some current players in world you will get more information i guess a lot have stopped playing SL including me.

i was a player and a landowner before i stopped playing SL spent close to 250k L$ on fish hunt and gold hunt in a two year period

Gold hunt & Fish Hunt was flourishing players could easily earn 250 L$-350 L$ daily from just fishing that was before wili decided to become greedy in a nut shell the downfall of this Goldtokens games is that wili stopped listening to the players.

(Rise Star gaming) were all ex goldtokens staffers who started the new game ( unfortunately they closed)
(Thesecondfarm) were ex goldtokens players (they did not succeed coz english wasnt thier first language so there was a big language barrier to the players
(fungamescentral.com) this game did the most damage to goldtokens as alot of players and landowners shifted to the new game

https://marixgroup.wordpress.com/2013/01/17/open-letter-to-wili-clip/
(this link might be of some help to your cause) not sure if its already posted in your thread cant go
through all 13 pages)

Another scam was the mega fish pot scam where a 1 day old player won the jackpot 50kL$ ( Long time players and supporters of wili were really pissed of at this ... alot of people back then believed it was one of wili's Alts)

thats all i remember for now might add more at a later date

We have completely lost trust in Skip Oceanlane and are very disappointed of his nature the kind of man we learned that he is.

Brda, the scammer and the liar, decided to create a third account to post here his usual pathetic whinings of "innocence".

He had been making a violent effort (because it goes against his nature, to be publicly attacked, without attempting to use all stupid possible excuses and lies to "defend" himself) to ignore us (he has been repeating to himself, "just ignore them, just ignore them, they will go away, they will go away").

But he was asking too much of himself. He couldn't resist post here also his "defense" and, as usual, presenting himself as the victim.

He is "sad" and "very disappointed" that ADS and SNUF were delisted from Capex. What a pity... what an injustice... how could the world do that to him...

Look like he denies "It is not true that we cut back on our game involvement and amount of dividends paid to shareholders in recent years", but then only talks about his game involvement.

Not even he dared trying to elaborate on how and why he stop paying real dividends, in fact stealing ADS from his other owners.

Tranquilo has logs of IMs where Brda said several times that he was going to ask Capex to remove Tranquilo and Cash Yiyuan from ADS' list of recipients of dividends.

Of course, Capex's CEO is telling the truth and Brda is (what a surprise!) lying.

Skip Oceanlane (Carmen Dubaldi) owner of Capital Stock Exchange Game Simulation was caught breaking rules of his own game on reclaiming shares from inactive accounts.

http://onlinecapex.boards.net/thread/79/skip-oceanlane-breaking-capex-rules

More about how this sell off scheme that hurts all the stocks on the exchange game (and with that the whole capex game) while the fund (CEF) CEO Troy Tomasso (who was set up by Skip Oceanlane) is collecting currently 46.2% of dividends on shares sell off that by the rules of CAPEX should have been originally transferred to CEO's so that they could ether destroy them or make an IPO (this way stock value would be retained). Instead by doing sell off through CEF (Capital Exchange Fund) they are destroying the share value and tanking all the companies still remaining listed on Capital Exchange Game.

Today, 14:57 System Announcement
by Skip Oceanlane
Game Company Dividend Performance 2015/2016 - Great News!
Dear CapEx Members:

Since the August 2015 relaunch of Capital Exchange in which the game officially separated from Second Life, there have been many CEO's that have abandoned their companies unfortunately. In spite of these neglectful CEO's, many have overlooked the fact that there are game companies still paying a fantastic regular or semi-regular game dividend. I have compiled a list for everyone to view on game dividends paid since August of 2015.

To date at the time of this News Story from August of 2015, game companies have paid CD$4,076,593.94 to CapEx shareholders! This amount includes final dividends paid out to delisting companies, or CD$ provided for free by myself. This is still a significant number, and I believe this amount will rise in the future with new companies coming on board to join the remaining great companies still listed within the game.

Here is an interesting fact - two of the biggest game dividend payers, Troy Tomasso of CEF and LeaPatrizia Zemach of DMWA did no Initial Public Offering (IPO) of game stock. They took over assets abandoned by others, and "made something from nothing." Everyone should thank these two CEO's especially for their tremendous dedication to their shareholders for paying a combined CD$1,100,000.00+ since the relaunch.

Here is the list from highest to lowest in total dividends paid to shareholders from August 2015 to April 2016. Companies currently halted for non-compliance are not included in this list.

Company and Ticker Symbol/Dividends Paid In CD$ (Since Aug 2015)

Consolidated Equity Fund (CEF) $566,543.08
Dead Men Walk Again (DMWA) $552,962.47
CapEx Stock Fund (CSF) $274,995.98
Oceanlane Enterprises (CAPX) $185,000.00
Edmose Group (EDMO) $157,499.48
Dover Business Exchange (DBX)   $82,415.64
Dragon Holdings (STAR)   $45,750.10
Verballis Translations Serv. (VBL)   $22,500.10
EVO Breeding Co. (EVO)   $8,088.99
AP Holdings (APH)   $7,500.06
Virtual Tallinn Merch (VTM)   $3,404.55
Pradeep Planer's Holdings (PPH)   $2,502.52
Redux Technologies (RDX)   $2,500.08
Virtual Retailers (VRS)   $2,500.00
Hostcrate (HCS)   $2,499.95

Thank you to all the CEO's who have paid a dividend recently, and thanks for being a part of Capital Exchange.

How is paying $CD left from inactive accounts combined in CEF fund creating something from nothing? Why is share price tanking despite hefty dividends?

Troy Tomasso (CEO of CEF):
Quote
I presume (and hope) that these are rhetorical questions. For those who cannot see the obvious, the ratio of received to paid out dividend was less than 20%, in other words CEF paid out more than 5x it received in dividends. CEF never received cash or other assets from defunct companies other than stock that was in the portfolios of those defunct companies. So I sold off some of the stock to pay to shareholders the dividends I promised, and in addition CD$ were purchased with proceeds of Troy Tomasso Marketing. The drop in share price is the result of the overvaluation of the assets per share value at the time of the launch, the large number of shares (17 million plus) and the reduction in CEF assets over time.

Troy

From the CEF prospectus written by Skip Oceanlane:

Quote
Welcome to CEF: Welcome to the New Consolidated Equity Fund (CEF). This game fund was created using reclaimed assets from inactive accounts, as well as assets of its current CEO, Troy Tomasso. Let me explain the history behind this new game company.

Skip Oceanlane never disclosed stock names nor the quantity of specific stocks that were in those "reclaimed assets from inactive accounts". So unfortunately it is not possible to verify any stements. In the name of transparency Skip Oceanlane can still create a report and define what exactly is/was in those "reclaimed assets" and how many inactive accounts there were exactly.

Troy if what you are saying is true then CEF has only received the different stocks from inactive accounts.Correct? Can you disclose what shares exactly has CEF received? With most of the companies that had normal to high trade liquidity (populated limit orders by shareholders) being gone from onlinecapex.com (due delisting for inactivity or delisting by force by Skip) what shares exactly are you selling on Capital Stock Exchange Game. And if you are really doing that isn't your selling off those different shares (the suppply/sell pressure) responsible for tanking their shares prices? Is this the reason why we see all those companies who still remain listed on capex game in red all the time? If you are really doing that then you're actually doing a major sell off.

All companies marked yellow are on trading halt due price fluctuation (on 1 day halt because price / share value is going down too fast, a sign of massive sell off).
http://s9.postimg.org/n7o4hd72n/capex_red.png

On one side you're paying dividends from sell off those assets/shares (ofcourse retaining your share currently 46.2% of dividends for your personal profit) on other side by doing that you're actually depleting all the share prices on Capital Exchange Game and making profit of that. Which could be also seen as killing the game slowly.

Should not the CEF share value grow in expectation of such hefty dividends in future?

From the CEF prospectus written by Skip Oceanlane:

Quote
The amount of start assets brought in was about CD$4,000,000. Combine Mr. Tomasso's assets of just under CD$2,000,000, and CEF has a solid start. I based stock value on the original IPO price for each delisted company. I thought about doing it at the 90-day closing price average, but some company's stock had become so devalued from absent CEO's that their shares would almost be worthless at those prices.

Again Skip Oceanlane didn't define what exactly the "assets brought in" transferred from inactive accounts consists of. Thank you for filling in a blank Troy (so now we know it was only shares from inactive accounts).

However by doing that Skip Oceanlane has been actually breaking the rules of (his own game) Capital Exchange Game which say that reclaimed shares form inactive accounts go to company CEO's who operate the shareholding company and not any 3rd party fund:

Capital Exchange Game (onlinecapex.com) RULES: https://www.onlinecapex.com/content/listrules10
Quote
2) Reclaiming of Shares

Once an account is determined to be Inactive:

A) Shares held in a particular company are returned to the game company for holding. This is called "reclaiming of shares" or "share reclamation." These shares will be considered "Treasury/Company Shares" and will be locked for a period of 6 months.

B) An account holder has 6 months from the date of share reclamation to request a reinstatement of shares.

C) If the owner of the inactive account does not return to reclaim the shares within 6 months, they will be considered fully Company Owned shares. CapEx recommends these shares be held in a company alt Game Alias account. If no company Game Alias account exists, then the CEO will hold the shares in his/her Game Alias account as locked Treasury/Company Shares, and the number of Treasury/Company Shares will be denoted on the Prospectus/Company Page. These shares may become unlocked if the company already meets the 50% plus 1 threshold for locked Company Shares.

Troy

So if your CEF fund receieved all the stocks (which was a direct violation of Capex rules by his own owner Skip Oceanlane) what exactly has happened with the $CD funds from those accounts?

We know that about 2 months ago he sent $CD 2000 to every company still listed on Capex to pay it as dividends to their shareholders. But with currently 18 listed companies on Capex this is 18 * 2000 = 36 000 $CD  (very small amount)

Even if since 2 months ago additional + 5 / 10 companies were listed this is still very small amounts of funds that inactive accounts supposedly has in their accounts all together totally.

It is very hard to know the truth behind recent actions of mr. Skip Oceanlane as he has been doing things out of any controls in shade with no transparency that slcapex.com was once known for. For example for every and any major decision in capex game whole team of CERC (commission members) held meetings and took decision together.

If he was breaking Capex Game rules about inactive accounts so ignorantly what other rules has he broke? (this is a question that we know noone will answer).

Troy we would like to thank you for sharing some information on this forum and shining a bit of light on things. In spirit of transparency of CEF that you are currently manager of maybe you could provide a report of what assets exactly (share names and amounts) did your CEF fund receive (even though this was a violation of capex game rules as shown above).

Thank you for being part of this forum and for providing the answers. Hope you can answer our question above (create report) to enable transparency on this matter and also we're interested to see your view on all this. We believe that wide public and all the participants (ex and current) of Capital Exchange Game are interested to find out what exactly are you paying the dividends on.

Funny that you mention karma which is exactly a thing that will hit you when this guy you're defaming over the internet finds out about it. You were led on possibly by Skip Oceanlane himself who has given you wrong info. RL person behind (Carmen Dubaldi) Skip Oceanlane has recently plead guilty to three counts of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree.

Skip Oceanlane is the person responsible for the downfall of Capital Exchange Game. His theft in RL slowly spilled onto his game and people lost trust in all the shares hence the reason why he disabled all the FORUMS on the game and made excuses that it would take further investments to set simple forum (basically he just had to enable the forums that were already on website). The stock prices on the game continue to be tanked by CEF (Consolidated Equity Fund) established by Skip Oceanlane ( by violating his own Capex Game rules: http://onlinecapex.boards.net/thread/79/skip-oceanlane-breaking-capex-rules evident in http://onlinecapex.boards.net/thread/76/game-company-dividend-performance-great) and managed by CEF game CEO Troy Tomasso.

You better check the person you're doing the lip service for... as sooner or later its going to bite you back hard Peter Caruana.

We know that you've been cooperating tightly with Skip Oceanlane (Carmen Dubaldi in real life who was recently sentenced for theft of 120 000 USD$) in past - delisting your own company listed on Capital Exchange Game yourself silently. This was the main reason why Skip Oceanlane didn't take any actions against you as you were very close to him and Capital Exchange Game regulatory commission (CERC) with your alternative account ( http://onlinecapex.boards.net/thread/33/attempt-frame-scam-peter-caruana ).

You are wrong Peter Caruana, you are a scam artist and a scam framer and its funny to see you at work... even funnier now when it is more than obvious that all the facts are turned against you and your scam framing efforts.

Capital Exchange Game failed and started going downhill soon as massive dumping of shares started in July 2014 soon after Linden Lab's announcement of Game Of Skills TOS change. Skip Oceanlane owner of Capital Exchange Game announced that all the players are dumping shares himself and even tried to convince everyone that it is a good thing while his circle of friend continued total share dump.

Skip Oceanlane   New Linden Lab Policy - Games of Skill
Dear Capital Exchange Members:

Linden Lab announced a new skill gaming policy. You can read about it here:

http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Featured-News/Coming-Soon-Skill-Gaming-in-Second-Life/ba-p/2771080

As you're all aware, Capital Exchange Stock Market Simulation Game is a game of skill by Linden Lab's Terms of Service. So therefore I have already filled out Part One of the application for a Creator License, and submitted it to Linden Lab. I will probably also have to apply for an Operator License as well.

I am going to send this information to my attorney so their firm can provide the necessary legal documentation Linden Lab is looking for in Part Two of the application process. I see no reason why Capital Exchange would be denied either License, so I hope the process is a smooth one. As always I will fully cooperate with Linden Lab and provide whatever information they seek.

I have noticed some people selling shares since Linden Lab has announced this new policy. I highly advise against any type of share dumping, as you would probably lose most of your initial investment by doing this. Capital Exchange is going to operate in the future one way or another, and I am not going to speculate what would happen if our game of skill is denied a license. I believe it will be allowed to operate as it has in the past. Finally I'll state that perhaps after Capital Exchange is granted a license, more players within Second Life will choose to participate. So this could actually be a very good thing for the exchange.

I will as always give everyone information as it is given to me by Linden Lab, so everyone stay positive as this process goes forward. Anyone that has questions can ask. Thank you.

Back in July 9th 2014 Skip Oceanlane has noticed that people are selling out of their shareholding within the Capital Exchange Game. Basically all the players have been dumping the shares...
While Skip Oceanlane has been warning players against such dumping and manipulating them into thinking the news are actually a good news... his circle of friends and past CERC (Capex Exchange Regulatory Commission) members were dumping shares heavily themselves...

It is funny how you are suddenly trying to distance yourself from Skip Oceanlane (Carmen Dubaldi).

Peter Caruana you are a liar and by trying to spread lies and change the course of history (past events) of what really happened you are pissing against the wind. Facts are facts and no matter how many times you repeat your lies or try to google index them they will forever stay lies and you will forever be known as a scam framer.

This forum topic of yours is a joke and we can only thank you for making us laugh at your forum trolling daily.

Skip Oceanlane   CapEx Skill Gaming Application Update
Dear Capital Exchange Members:

Over the weekend and today I had discussions with the law firm that is assisting in preparing the Skill Gaming Application for Capital Exchange to Linden Lab. We believe that the way the game is played when explained in reference to appropriate United States laws and regulations, meets Linden Lab's criteria for acceptance. Within the next week we will formalize our "Part Two" submission so Linden Lab can review it appropriately.

While I cannot guarantee Linden Lab will accept our application, I am very optimistic that we meet their criteria. If for some reason the application is denied, I will search for alternatives for us to operate. It won't be the end of Capital Exchange. As previously stated I don't want to get into particulars for that, because I believe our application will be accepted. But I am working on a "Plan B" just in case.

I fully understand why Linden Lab is taking this action, and will cooperate with them in whatever way they feel is necessary to protect themselves. In a way this could be beneficial, because it will once and for all legitimize in writing what is done at the game of Capital Exchange.

So for now it's business as usual. I will keep everyone posted about any updates. Thank you.

Dear Capital Exchange Members:

Just a quick update - I have submitted additional information required by Linden Lab, and now I'm awaiting to hear back from them as to what they require next. The law firm is still preparing the appropriate response to another part of the application, and as soon as I obtain that it will be submitted also.

I have also upgraded CSV Republic to a Premium Account, so this roughly L$18,000 expense will be listed in July's financials. Between the RDX and APH SPO revenue and other trading fees, CAPX will have more than enough lindens to cover the initial expenses with the gaming application. But my opinion is that regardless of the cost, I will try and get the gaming application approved by Linden Lab and provide whatever documentation or funds required. Thank you.

Skip Oceanlane has announced that the Capital Exchange game will be open past 7/31/14. Since LL announcement about Game Of Skills TOS change all the players were dumping shares of game companies listed on Capital Exchange Game (slcapex.com at the time) and especially heaviest dumping of shares happened by Skip Oceanlane's circle of friends who had insider information (most from Capital Exchange Regulatory Commission that strangely was no longer operating at the time).

Skip Oceanlane   CapEx Skill Gaming Application Update - We're Operating Past 7/31/14
Dear Capital Exchange Members:

I just wanted to clarify that Capital Exchange will be operating past July 31, 2014 while our Skill Gaming Application is being reviewed by Linden Lab. Any person that submits an application before the deadline will be allowed to continue their skill gaming operations past the end of the month. So since Capital Exchange has already submitted a Skill Gaming Application, operations will continue as normal for now.

It should be noted this is for any game of skill that operates within Second Life. So just about any game of skill you currently enjoy will still be around on August 1st, unless they chose not to file an application with Linden Lab. Then they must shut down.

As soon as I have further information, I will let you know. I am optimistic that Capital Exchange Stock Market Simulation Game will be accepted by Linden Lab, and be around for a long time. Thank you.

Skip Oceanlane   CapEx Skill Gaming Application Update
Dear CapEx Members:

Many of you have been contacting me almost daily about updates to our Skill Gaming Application. Honestly I don't have much new information to share with you. We are currently working on submitting all the required information to Linden Lab, and unfortunately they keep adding to the list of things they are looking for.

The latest addition is that they want screen shots and a step by step explanation with legal opinions on how each thing a person does is not part of a game of chance. For a skill-based "slot machine" this can be quite east to do, but much more difficult for Capital Exchange. Regardless I am in the process of giving a long-winded breakdown of each step, and our attorneys will add the necessary legal wording before being submitted to Linden Lab.

Note that I still believe everything that is done here is skill-based, and the only "random" part of the game are the actions of other people which of course can't be controlled. Prices, dividends, Bids and Asks, etc. they are all decided by humans and not randomly-drawn numbers. We're a game of skill that acts like a stock market simulation, as well as a teaching tool to educate people how a real life stock market operates.

It's going to take at least 2 weeks to prepare the step by step screen shots with detailed explanations on how our game meets the definition of skill-based gaming. So I ask everyones patience until that is completed. I am trying to get the information to Linden Lab as quickly as possible.

Thanks again for participating in Capital Exchange.

Skip Oceanlane   Website Issue Update
I just wanted to give everyone a quick update. I have made contact with programmer Chango Kanto who has agreed to try and help resolve the issue lately with the website slowing down. The problem started after we moved to a new server. He believes it's an issue between the software settings, server settings and operating system, and versions of software operating on the server and in conjunction with the CapEx software. He's monitoring things and if it happens again will try and fix it ASAP.

I do check to ensure all deposits and withdrawals are credit/received properly. if anyone believes there was an error, please contact me and I'll give you the proper credit. Thanks again for your patience.

Capital Exchange Suspends Activity Until Further Notice
Dear Capital Exchange Members:

On July 16, 2014, I filled out the first form for the Skill Gaming Application for Capital Exchange Stock Market Simulation Game. From that point until today, there have been numerous correspondences between me, my law firm, and Linden Lab. As of today we still do not have an official determination, positive or negative, on our application.

I was hoping that because much of the delay has been on the part of Linden Lab, that we would be allowed to operate past the November 1, 2014 deadline set forth in a recent post by Linden Lab. Unfortunately I was informed by Rowan Linden that we cannot. So therefore effective immediately, I am suspending all trading at Capital Exchange until our application is approved or denied by Linden Lab.

I do not know how long this might take, because honestly I thought this would all have been resolved already, however I hear there is a backlog of applications and Linden Lab needs the proper time to review them all thoroughly. So we need to be patient, and wait for Linden Lab's counsel to do their job.

The current status of Capital Exchange's application is this: We have submitted all the requested information, and we are waiting for counsel representing Linden Lab to contact our counsel. The law firm representing Capital Exchange has made a legal justification on how we are a game of skill under federal and New York State laws. It's now up to Linden Lab's counsel to review this determination. I do not know how long this will take, as Rowan Linden could not give me a time frame. Until Linden Lab's counsel approves how the game operates, we cannot get our Skill Gaming Application approved. So that is where we are at the present.

So effective immediately, this is what is happening:

1) All game trading is suspended. This includes Person to Person Transfers unless they were authorized before the trading halt. The MRG vote that authorized a change is shares will go through since that happened before the deadline.

2) All CEO's must NOT pay a dividend. All dividends should be held in reserve and paid as soon as our Skill Gaming Application is approved.

3) Forum posting IS allowed and companies CAN continue to post financial information, as well as other company activity and News Stories. I strongly encourage all companies to continue to post information and to advertise, as we are still ranked about 79,000 in the world in terms of website activity.

4) All other activities that conflict with Linden Lab's skill gaming policy are prohibited.

5) Capital Exchange ATM's WILL NOT be removed. People may still withdraw lindens as usual (and deposit if they wish for whatever reason). I specifically informed Rowan Linden that I was keeping ATM's in-world so people could withdraw, and he has not informed me this is a violation. So anyone can withdraw their lindens if they so choose like normal.

6) All companies stock will be "frozen" and not allowed to change. As soon as Linden Lab approves our application, companies and CEO's will be able to make modifications according to our rules as normal.

In the event that our application is denied by Linden Lab, I will make alternate arrangements to keep the game running outside of Second Life. I'm not going to give too much information on this because I'm still optimistic Linden Lab will approve our application. But I do have a "Plan B", and no I'm not going to discuss it with anyone at this time.
So that's it for now. As soon as I have new information to give to you, I will. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused so many people but they are circumstances beyond my control. Thank you for your continued patience and loyalty to Capital Exchange.

Skip Oceanlane   Latest CAPX Financials and Info
Dear CAPX Shareholders:

As you can imagine, not being allowed to operate will hurt CAPX's financial position within the game. Unfortunately there isn't much I can do about it because Linden Lab's policy on skill gaming is beyond our control.

In case you missed it, please read here the current status of things:

http://slcapex.com/home/story/system/8580

CAPX will have large legal bills, as well as certain expenses related to our website and server. I am of course suspending all advertising, so that will reduce expenses slightly. We will also still get residual revenue from our AdSense banner as well as revenue from ads still on our website. We're still ranked 79,000 in the world for website traffic, so we should still have advertising revenue.

I'll have the latest financials posted in the near future, and I will give you all updates on the application as they happen. So for now unfortunately, we just have to wait. Thanks for your continued patience.

Capital Exchange CEO Indicted on 3 Felony Counts of Grand Larceny in NY
Moderators, Please note Cristiano approved reposting, the previous thread was deleted by mistake. Thank you Cristiano.

CAPITAL EXCHANGE CEO CARMEN DUBALDI / SKIP OCEANLANE UNDER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION IN NEW YORK STATE

Second Life Residents, Journalists & To Whom It May Concern:

All information below is publicly available, search Google or follow the links, there is nothing private or secret about this post and it is not rumour.

The owner of Capital Exchange is a real life government official in New York under criminal investigation for financial "irregularities in his account that included withdrawals for 'transactions that were never made.' He's stepped down from four campaign treasurer positions this summer, disconnected his cell phone and lawyered up. New York Sen. Larkin referred to himself as a "crime victim" a month ago. Dubaldi has not disclosed this misbehaviour to investors and is actively raising money through his PayPal account for this stock market.

Capital Exchange (CapEx) is a stock market that's been in the Second Life virtual world. Investors use real money to buy stock in virtual businesses. CapEx owner Skip Oceanlane's RL name is Carmen Dubaldi from New York. He freely gives out his name to the press so he is not having info revealed. In fact, on SL Universe, Dubaldi stated: "By going to www.slcapex.com, you can even find out my real name, address, phone number, rl occupation, and anything else you want to know. Others may have hidden behind an avatar to scam in the past, but I don't do that." Virtual stock market simulation

Here's a public 2011 article about Skip/Carmen in Hypergrid Business where he states his real name and business in the New York Republican party: http://www.hypergridbusiness.com/201...s-fewer-scams/ "Carmen Dubaldi, who bought the exchange this January, has actual business experience under his belt. He is the owner of the Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio & Day Spa in New Windsor, NY, the assistant safety and loss control specialist at Orange County and a legislative coordinator at the New York State Assembly. Dubaldi — who is known as Skip Oceanlane in Second Life — said that he got involved because of the corruption he saw happening with the exchanges in the past. "

Carmen Dubaldi (aka Skip Oceanlane) is under criminal investigation for the offence of financial irregularities. NY Sen. William Larkin Jr. fired Dubaldi in June 2015 after discovering withdrawals from his campaign pot for "transactions that were never made." The investigation centres on Dubaldi:

More On The Curious Case Of Carmen Dubaldi

"A few days ago it was reported that Hudson Valley Republican Bill Larkin, who is very, very old, would indeed be running for re-election to the state Senate in 2016. Larkin had formed a new campaign committee with a new treasurer and everything. After I wrote about this development, a tipster reached out to tell me that the reason that Larkin had a new committee was that his campaign treasurer, an Orange county Republican official named Carmen Dubaldi, had been caught embezzling somewhere in the neighborhood of $200,000 from the campaign accounts of Larkin and a number of other local Orange County Republicans.

Carmen Dubaldi’s cell phone has been disconnected and he has apparently lawyered up with a criminal defense attorney. Dubaldi was a longtime player in the Orange County Republican Party, but the party is now erasing any mention of him from their website."

We do hope that Carmen Dubaldi does not feel neglected due to the strange lack of media attention regarding his escapades in the world of political campaigns. Don't worry Carmen, Auntie is keeping it on the radar! While we heard that Carmen might be ready to make a deal, we look forward to the results of the investigation."

On top of the investigation, CapEx is using PayPal. Under PayPal's TOS, they can not use the service for games of skill or stocks without prior approval:

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mp...ptableuse-full "...selling stocks, bonds, securities, options, futures (forex) or an investment interest in any entity or property; or providing escrow services" and "Activities involving gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, horse or greyhound racing, fantasy sports, lottery tickets, other ventures that facilitate gambling, games of skill (whether or not legally defined as gambling) and sweepstakes, if the operator and customers are located exclusively in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law." Did Dubaldi get approval or is CapEx a complaint away from shut down?

Even though under investigation and misusing PayPal, Dubaldi and CapEx started a new IPO on Monday 28 Sep to raise L$2.1 million CD$ dollars (which is tied to the Linden dollar exchange rate). That's CD$ dollars because Linden Lab denied his application to be in the Skill Gaming Program. Dragon Holdings (STAR) IPO Has Started!

Dear Capital Exchange Members:
The Dragon Holdings (STAR) IPO (Initial Public Offering) of stock has started. Here are the details for STAR:
Existing Owner Shares: 1,750,000
Requested IPO Shares: 1,250,000
SPO Price: CD$1.75
Days for IPO: 30
Total Shares If IPO Sells Out: 3,000,000
Total Amount Of IPO: CD$2,187,500

Many people have gotten ripped off on these schemes (same organisation lost 75% of value before Dubaldi took over). They are now trying to raise over US $8,000 from unsuspecting people. That's why this is being posted.

Dubaldi may not be honourable enough to recuse himself from CapEx and suspend operations during the investigation but that's the least that should happen.

Tengu, Respectfully, many care, they are trying to sell out their stocks because the news keeps getting worse. Its not their fault, Dubaldi hasn't disclosed any of this. 23,460 accounts, mostly SL residents. Thank you to SLU for helping point out the truth.

Mid Hudson News 28 October 2015:

Quote:
Larkin files campaign report with state board of elections
Former campaign treasurer Carmen Dubaldi, now under investigation

ALBANY – State Senator William Larkin (R, Cornwall-on-Hudson) has filed his July campaign report with the state Board of Elections. The initial campaign committee’s filing was placed on administrative hold per the board of elections after Larkin found irregularities in his campaign account including funds leaving the committee for transactions that were never made.

At that moment, the senator terminated his campaign treasurer, Carmen Dubaldi, notified authorities about the irregularities, shut down his existing committee and opened a new one.
--
“At no time did I consider allowing my former campaign treasurer to perform the July periodic filing,” Larkin said. “I do not regret the decision to fire my former campaign treasurer even though this action has been the cause of a deliberate political attack on me,” Larkin said.

Ulster County District Attorney Holley Carnright has been assigned to investigate the case against Dubaldi, which may also include missing funds from the campaign accounts of Orange County Clerk Annie Rabbitt and former Orange County Executive Edward Diana.

Skip Oceanlane never did any public statement within Capital Exchange Game about this investigation despite the fact that players have been finding this out on their own and they have all been selling their shares. Skip Oceanlane was so tacky that he even blamed the price decline on CEO's poor management. And all this with help of circle of tight friends around him.

Brda was really repressing himself. He just trowed out above all the garbage he had accumulated inside by trying to ignore this thread.

If we knew he would be so much annoyed we would ask for a delist of ADS sooner.

As usual, he talks about the deeds of others, like if they excused him for being a criminal, a liar and a scammer.

He had the nerve to write: "It is not true that we cut back on our (...) amount of dividends paid to shareholders in recent years"

This criminal really has no shame...

Really nice is his "when this guy you're defaming over the internet finds out about it"

If he wasn't Andrej Brda (but he is indeed Brda!), that would mean he had stolen the name, facebook, address, phone number and pictures of an innocent person for 6 years.

Identity theft is a crime on almost all countries and he is confessing here that.

Of course, he is lucky, we know he isn't responsible for this crime. He was just a foolish scammer and posted all this information about him self.

In 20 years, people will still read about his crimes on the Internet. When we search Andrej Brda, 8 of the results on Google international first page are about him.

No longer posting with your cryptocurrencynews account? Tired of your split personality disorder?

Peter Caruana no matter how many times you repeat a lie it is never going to become a truth.

Story at https://www.onlinecapex.com/home/story/system/8600 So now, "Capital Exchange does not use the Linden Dollar (L$) owned by Linden Research, Inc., and instead uses its own virtual currency of the CapEx Dollar (CD$)." https://www.onlinecapex.com/content/tos

He began raising money from unknowing investors on Mon 28 Sep: https://www.onlinecapex.com/home/story/system/8833 "Dragon Holdings (STAR) IPO Starts Monday, Sept. 28, at 8 AM EDT". L$2.1 million CD$ or Linden is over US $8,000. https://www.onlinecapex.com/home/story/system/8846

Today, 08:01 System Announcement by Skip Oceanlane

Larkin files campaign report with state board of elections

Skip Oceanlane never did any public statement within Capital Exchange Game about this investigation despite the fact that players have been finding this out on their own and they have all been selling their shares. Skip Oceanlane was so tacky that he even blamed the price decline on CEO's poor management. And all this with help of circle of tight friends around him.

Folks:

I don't know if this is a new scam or not by Wili Clip, but while hunting today I noticed that about every third coin (or so) noted that the coin was "not in working order" and to try back at a later time.  However, it is my experience that when the server is down, no coins can be collected.  It is not a haphazard process like it is today.  The fact that this was happening repeatedly throughout the day is someone odd.  Just thought all of you would find it interesting.  This seemed the most pronounced at Business Park, which is the HQ for LGH.  If it is a new scam, let's just say I would not be surprised.  Here is the exact message:  Sorry, this coin is not working right now. It should be back shortly.

It seems our campaign and being delisted from Capex was too much for Andrej Brda to handle. He looks like someone about to have a nervous breakdown. At least, he seems more paranoid than usually.

The next step will be for him to claim that CryptocurrencyNetwork is the Capex's CEO.

But we hope he will keep posting here his garbage. We need someone to keep pushing this thread up.

Brda loves money so much, maybe he will be willing to accept a couple of satoshis to keep bumping the thread.

Brda seems to be losing it, so he probably is mismanaging ADS even more than usual.

Since he looks paranoid, he probably is starting to see us on every person that criticizes him or, perhaps, is starting to think we bought some of his employees (who knows, we might have done that  Grin).

Also, all this negative publicity is probably affecting his earnings. A few landowners probably walked away.

So, he might be scamming even more on his games.

Hi all new to this

Just a update on information ive just found, and been following this a lot

ADS products and all items created by wili clip including fish hunt have been banned from certain regions, thats 80+ regions his products are already banned from with one estate

Quote
Today it is with much regreat that ive taken the dessision to exclude Fish hunt, ads banners, worm farms and any other items protaining to Wili Clip in secondlife from our sims and parcels.

I can no longer stand idly by and watch him scam innocent people out of hard earned cash (some are uploading to cover the costs) and his blatent attitude of "i could not give a flying fuck as long as i get paid" also his message to me of and i quote directly from the IM log "ban my items and i will destroy you, you will only hurt yourself, CapEx is already getting destroyed and im sending everyone notecards on it.

I do not tolerate threats of any nature on my sims or in my IM, nor will i allow this scam to go on any further, i also know a few other estates that are also banning his products today, so i am not the only one out there.

wili Clip was delisted on CapEx Exchange for breaking the rules, hes also been reported to LL on numorious occasions for now breaking LL TOS by running a skilled game (his own stock exchange) without a skilled licence, this is currently under review by a Linden (i will not give the name but they are a supervisor) as hes taking and paying for it by L$ which is against LL TOS.

his site has also numious complaints about it to "proboards" for breaking TOS on thier forums (revealing rl information (3 users rl name is actually listed), harrisment, intimidation are all against the proboards TOS)

As he was delisted from CapEx hes took it upon himself as he feels hes done nothing wrong (however evidence to his shady businesses practices are all on display for all to see at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1346981.0 feel free to take a look and make up your own mind) he has decided to attempt to single handedly destroy CapEx Exchange, not only by hurting skip (the owner) but by hurting all the other share holders and CEO that are legit in there, by spreading lies and propergander (most are banding together to bring wili down, and 1 i know has a shed ton more money than wili ever has), his posts on his own forums (he claims are unbios and open to all) really only list the negative of other companys CEO that have already been delisted.

He also attacks Star and DBX for standing up to him, yet if you post anything bad on his forums he bans your account and deleates the messages, also keeps a copy of your IP used to register the account and lamely attack your ISP IP by use of a pathetic back door exploit to gain access to your computer, however mine is firmly locked (i know this as mine was attemted to be hacked from Lendava in Slovenia where wili clip resides) tough break there wili, i know what im doing and very easily tracked it back, by way how that viagra order going for you and those subscriptions to penthouse magazine (claimed your money back yet for the 33 months you signed up for lmao, 1st one should be arriving soon, and hows the porn pop up links, finding anything useful in there yet, nasty virus you have there Andrej Brda (yes thats your rl name as given to me by your own computer system database and username level)very nasty, might need a engineer to come take care of it, compleate reinstall of windows may stop it, hows windows 8.1 by the way, oh and tried microsoft office yet? nice little suprise for you there, oh and say hello to your girlfriend for me, very nice topless picture you keep in your documents folder, would hate to see that fall into the wrong hands, altho she looks like the back end of a goat to be honest with you and whats that top upper lip hairs is that a mustache, Wili you never told us you swing that way TongueTongue:P:P (lovely bit of photo editing, now she looks like Mona Lisa .. wonder who did that and look at those pointed elf ears, i bet your so proud to be dating that) , need to protect your files a little better Tongue Tongue Tongue Tongue), also a few of the coins not working from the server named 'Gold 9'? comming up with errors that they are not avialable? woops my bad .... try password of i_am_a_scammer they may just start working again, dont try and lame back door into someones computer, if your going to do it do it right the 1st time dont go some half assed approach, DarkNet is your friend Tongue amazing what you can do in the Darkness Tongue ... wili tried to be the best, but the best is better than him the one thats better than him is actually a anonymous Hacktivist member, Wili got BURNED badly.

http://static.tumblr.com/fbnkylf/ePYmed86w/we_are_anonymous.jpg
WE ARE ANONYMOUS .......... EXPECT US!!!!!

Anyway he deleates the posts to make it look like hes done nothing wrong and everyone is out to get him, he posts stuff on his delistment with info such as "we were wrongly delisted" "CapEx Owner in the wrong" "CapEx Owner breaks own TOS" to try and shift the focus, which really wont work. Wili you need to pay back what everyone has (altho that will prolly bankrupt you which is why your arguing so much as people want thier money from a delisted company) stop being a baby, find a new hobby and move on, grow the FUCK UP, you got busted, accept what you did and move on, look after your own company instead of what everyone else is doing, cause soon one may just take that comfort blankie you hold so dear to you away. You want to play with fire ... LETS PLAY i am game if you are, at least i do not drive a crappy fiat
(Plate number MS D7-819) ... i have a Mercedes Benz in my drive way.

ADS and Wili clip have also been permantly banned from a few Grids out there, so when SL hits the fan (as it will they are killing it off slowly) he will have no where to go, his IP has already been logged and passed around a few grid owners forums. (dont try and hack someone who knows more, kinda backfires Wili Tongue)

I do appologize for this and wish eveyone a happy SL without this scammer
Peace out *************

I removed the name of the one who sent it for privacy

it seams to me that Wili is making quite a few enemys in his hunger for cash and his greed, no one is comming to his rescue, instead they are all still hunting and taking away money that he could claim from accounts, he has a good system that a lot like, shame he does not think of other things like if i lowered what i take from each person then more would come and use it and i would make more money in the long term, instead its how much can i steal today.

As usual Andrej is making my day with a lot of laughs at his expenses.  Cheesy

If he wasn't a scammer I would really like him for giving me so many moments of enjoyment.

Attacked on all fronts he looks someone near the abyss. I bet he is going to say it was Cash who wrote that post too or even this post.  Cheesy

I hope Andrej won't give up so easily. I want our clown to keep amusing me.

He is even answering all the posts on the Internet against him with a link for his lame forum Cheesy

Its entertaining to see you creating new accounts on this forum with 1st post fulll of lies.  Cheesy

Peter Caruana you're not anonymous... You and Carmen Dubald (owner of Capital Stock Exchange Game onlinecapex.com previously slcapex.com) of New Windsor who pleaded guilty to three counts of third-degree grand larceny, a felony, who  admitted to stealing money... ( http://www.poughkeepsiejournal.com/story/news/local/ulster-county/2016/04/14/former-orange-county-republican-committee-chairman-pleads-guilty-embezzlement/83027854/recently )  are alone on this. You in cooperation with Carmen Dubaldi (Skip Oceanlane) are making up lies here.

And no we are not interested in destroying Capital Exchange Game. We are just sharing facts (all from internet archive). We are not making this up. Those are the actual post from Skip Oceanlane (Carmen Dubaldi) who thought that if he disables the forums on his game noone will be able to get information on past events with the game and that because of that he'll be able to make stuff up like he did in the  case of ADS. Full transparency on events with that game exactly as they happened to counter all the lies you 2 are trying to spread. Public has rights to know....

Skip Oceanlane   New Linden Lab Policy - Games of Skill
Dear Capital Exchange Members:

Linden Lab announced a new skill gaming policy. You can read about it here:

community.secondlife.com/t5/Featured-News/Coming-Soon-Skill-Gaming-in-Second-Life/ba-p/2771080

Thank you.

Thank you.

Skip Oceanlane   Re: CapEx Skill Gaming Application Update
