Anyone who has not traveled cannot answer this question.  However, I can answer it easily.

My "favorite socialist country" is Australia.  They have a 60% tax rate for many people, but it takes 5 minutes to fill out their tax reporting form each year.  Lots of negatives to the country, sure.  Lots of negatives to the socialist side of things.

I truly dislike the mindless blather by people sprouting the Scandinavian countries as an answer to this question - basically they are repeating what someone wanted them to repeat.  The exception would be anyone who has lived there and can explain the "why."

Feds Flag Bernie Sanders For Illegal Political Contributions

Thousands of contributions to Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders’ campaign in January violated federal campaign finance laws, election regulators said on Thursday.

The Federal Election Commission sent a letter to the Democratic presidential candidate’s campaign committee on Thursday with a 90-page spreadsheet listing 3,457 “excessive, prohibited, and impermissible contributions.”

The campaign’s January financial disclosure filing listed contributions from foreign nationals and unregistered political committees, the FEC said. Other contributions came from donors who exceeded the $2,700 per-election limit.

“Although the Commission may take further legal action concerning the acceptance of [excessive or prohibited] contributions, your prompt action to refund the prohibited amount will be taken into consideration,” the FEC told the campaign.

Yes. That is logical. Also TRUMP may not be pro-bitcoin, so it would make a lot of sense to have sanders as president instead.

The thing is, you still need enough people working real jobs, but not working for wall street, not working for the government, to pay their electric bill to keep enough bitcoin nodes alive for the network to be strong. Don't be in the self-destructive mode. An economic meltdown will not do any good for bitcoin. If that happens, then people will convert their assets to risk-free forms of wealth such as bullion and diamonds. High-risk investments such as Bitcoin will find few takers. This is exactly what happened in countries such as Greece and Cyprus.
