Trad Engine Upgrade took about 5 minutes to complete yesterday (May 30) around 5PM EST..

The new trading engine is now in place.. orders will usually get processed before the ajax-drive page even reloads.....

Upon placing orders, there will now be a "Recent orders (last 60 seconds)" box that appears right between the buy/sell forms and the bids/asks list, that way you can confirm that your order was a) placed, and b) possibly already filled.

The orderbook page also refreshes via ajax every 20 seconds... (yes, we're working on a websocket to provide live updates too.. just want to finish the API first)

There was no other changes in this update, except the code in the trading engine to introduce trading fees (as previously announced), starting at midnight tonight.

Is it still neccessary to pay a network fee of BTC0.0005 on withdrawal? In Bitcoin-qt v0.8.2 the default fee has been lowered to BTC0.0001.

im considering updating the site to allow you to specify what fee you want to pay... maybe in the next update!

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aiec3-Eo_yO5dHB2dVdiaEltUHAtTWlBcFhXQVBYeGc#gid=0
Actual Profit over past month -144.98

Annualized Dividend Yield based on past month @ 0.0034 btc share price (actual) -0.51% Monthly -0.04%

Where did the money go a lot of capital expenditures actually by the spreadsheet

Why would you annualize on one month when you have about a year on record?

Havelock, can you do hourly charts instead of only daily ones? I would love to analyze what happens when dividends are annnounced and afterwards.

Good question I used the main ones on satoshidice statistics
This Month is -0.04 APR I believe
But the Current Yield is 17.47% at 0.2344 Based on past history for clarification

Went a bit long on explanation so will also comment on something havelock related
Thanks for the new order's adjusting automatically saves on some refreshing Smiley

Two notes:

Your recent stock split on the HIM fund has messed up my 'Book value' column on the accounts overview page.
Something is wrong with you spreadsheet calculations.

On another note it would be great to have a tab on the accounts overview pages showing dividends received and totals, possibly with a reinvest option.

Great service good work guys will be recommending it.

There's actually a comparative piece published with tables and everything.

Thanks more tables and information is always helpful and this is a better comparison in the Mpex lineup it has to catch up for a month of data but that's not much Smiley
I was using the main havelock yield estimate on share holdings but also found this yesterday and it covers a different data group of investments based on yield for satoshidice and other funds

Just a quick note to suggest that any ASICM shareholders may want to consider adding a signature like mine to their posts. Remember, more ASICM buyers will help liquidity, stability, and potential rise in share value!

Simply add the code below to your signature:

Code:

*** PHISHING ATTEMPTS ***

It has been brought to our attention that there is a phishing website setup to steal havelock investments passwords from users that accidentally end up on the wrong website. Please always ensure you are on the OFFICIAL website, and encrypted by HTTPS with the LOCK ICON in your browser. The one and ONLY domain name that we use is:  HAVELOCKINVESTMENTS.COM

This is also a great time to remind everyone that using 2 Factor Authentication will one day save your ass. Everyone should enable 2FA on their account for greater security

Cheers,
 James
