I do believe there is no tax on bitcoins as they are not treated as currency but as a commodity. Similar to holding stock certificates (less the transaction fees of buying and selling them), you will be taxed as income tax when your Bitcoins grew in value. So, for example, you purchased one Bitcoin at $400 and sold it at $600, the $200 income will be taxed. So far, based on my research, no country has imposed taxes on trading, buying, selling, or transacting with Bitcoins.

bitcoin has little TAX in each delivery. I think the cost is used bitcoin is the smallest compared with other financial media.

I think there is NO TAX at this moment, unless it is controlled or regulated by government. What we pay in sending coins is charges. Charges which you set in your self but not less than 20,000 sats. The higher the charges you set, the bigger possibility of higher priority.
Yes I am agree. that was not a tax but a charge. it is the same as we transferring money via bank, they need to give a charge to run their business,  the difference with bitcoin wallet is the a moint of fee charge. Bitcoin wallet fee charge is lower than bank fee charge. Also bitcoin wallet did not give monthly charge fee  but bank was did it. Bitcoin have anonimity so goverment can not take the tax of bitcoin.  It still hard to trace bitcoin transaction becouse blockchain is change bitcoin users address every done the payment and click recieve. Although this thing is annoying and make me confuse about recieving payment but it is good for bitcoin anonimity.

Bitcoin is not even legalised in many countries still now. Italy has decided to impose tax on Bitcoin earnings. In other countries, there is no tax for bitcoins. The amount charged while converting Bitcoin to fiat and fiat to bitcoin is the transaction fees and not tax

Well even here in my country as long as you are earning online and your employers are overseas then you are exempted with the tax.

So as we earn bitcoin here in my country we are exempted from the tax and we are not obliged to pay for the tax as bitcoin is still not covered by the law.

That is why we are just only paying some miners fee every time we are going to have transactions.

Yes bitcoin has a tax if you won't pay for the tax of your bitcoin then your bitcoin will not confirmed that fast and it needs a tax to continues the service of blockchain , blockchain is one of the most important because it is the main gateway of bitcoin. I think.

Since bitcoin is an internet currency that can be turn into a actual money. And Bitcoin too is known on Government but still government can't observe bitcoin that good. So I'm thinking if Bitcoin has tax??

Edit:
Now I know that bitcoin doesn't have tax but Transaction does..
Where do these Tax go?Government? And what kind of tax is it??
i think transactions are only charge apply for transfer . this transaction charge is used by the developer of bitcoin ( satoshi nakamotov ).
if they will pay some part of this charge to the government then iy will be declared by the all countries is as legall ( since it is legal)
but unfortunately no tax goes to the government of countries so some countries declare it as illegal .

Nobody knows who transfer bitcoin to whom as it is anonymous so government can't force anyone to pay tax for bitcoin related transactions. So simply saying no bitcoin transactions aren't subjected to tax or can be taxed.
For now bitcoin still not government involve and i think its impossible that bitcoin will be involve in government unless if we force as to use bitcoin to accept it locally goverment will seen it if it will popular in our country. you know governments are corrupt..
If bitcoin steadily grown be a famous of course the government will think about how they can get tax from bitcoin because bitcoin transaction at this time was amazing.

yes and i think that is the solid reason that why there is no tax on bitcoin and i will like to add that bitcoin is not yet consider as legal currency therefore not a single country has impose tax on bitcoin.
Bitcoin itself is not taxable and we enjoy that opportunity in our daily transactions. But the companies such as the exchangers pay taxes for doing business. So instead of usage tax there is only a business tax. But we as individuals are free from that tax and we must be thankful to that.

so what if the government targetting those merchants that enabling or implementing the bitcoin as their payment method for each transaction?, then taxing on bitcoin could possibly to be done, there's nothing impossible if it's about money for the government

In a few years I would guess that governments around the world will institute careful tracking of transaction on the blockchain and begin collecting all the taxes that should have been paid. Every detail of those transactions is recorded forever on the blockchain and are taxable in most every country. Those who deluded themselves into believing that they can't be taxed are going to be in a sorry state when they are billed for the principal, the penalties, the interest, and face possible jail time.

I really think the government will think of how they can profit from a third party or foreign companies entering their country, I think if it can not be done of course the government will continue to ban the use of the bitcoin, but it is very difficult to do

It's true that tranaction fee may somehow be called tax, but looking at it in other ways you get to know that the normal tax government charges is very high compared to the transaction fee charged by the bitcoin network which to me is very negligible so cannot be called a tax. Bitcoin is just a free world currency man.

I believed that bitcoin has no tax, it has a charge or fees when
doing withdrawal or transactions. But, i don't think governement
is in or collecting tax in the bitcoin world.

Lol. Yes obviously we need pay as a feed to miners. Who are helping us to transact the money via blocks. However I don't think it's wrong to pay this less fees instead of paying huge to Wu or PayPal.

If bitcoin are subjected to tax than there will be not much support for bitcoin like it have right now and as bitcoin transaction is completely anonymous nobody gonna have to pay tax as it will be hard to find out the relation between the one who does that bitcoin transaction.
