I think 6000 is generous enough.... they have too many faucet type accounts there to get rubies into real traders hands. 3 exchanges in a week is really great these days but I think next step is Poloniex for more trade volume. First real business backed coin here wake up polo

It seems the stakeholders places are going really fast, with this speed they will be gone in no time. Most likely by the end of next week there will be none left. Then it will be all about development and bringing both BB and Rubies more action and popularity. I am pretty sure that the people who are now invested in BB and Rubies will help out and promote the site because it will be in their best interests to have both the site and BB grow. Great questions, at first the extra Rubies will be used to help distribution (more on this next phase of the plans soon). After we have multiple businesses accepting Rubies then if a player wins or loses it will be like any regular bankroll and be dynamic as you suggested. The bankroll will grow and shrink based on players luck on bets.

As for the number of coins on markets in the coming months this really depends on the speed of Bet-Mining and the people who received the 800k in the launch distribution. So basically, it would be very hard to say as 3 mil alone will be mostly locked up with Stakeholders in order for them to receive the monthly dividends. I feel strongly people will at least hold a good portion of their coin in staking as the block explorer shows a marked improvement in the past 48 hours.

To stake your wallet must be online, and you have to unlock it for staking. On the Rubies wallet click 'settings--unlock wallet---enter your wallet password---then 'ok'

After this if your coins have been in your wallet for at least 12+ hours they are mature enough to start staking, just leave it running it can take some hours to complete but you will see your RBIES move into the staking portion of the wallet.

Expected time is yourWeight/networkWeight*blockTime

Every block that goes by increases the maturity/weight of your coins, so your priority goes up. If it's an issue running the client 24/7, you can run it once a week or month for much faster staking (you will get the same amount, roughly, that you would going 24/7).

That said, more clients = better security = better for everyone if you can.

and until now its only staing 30-50 % of my total number of rubies. Why won't it stake the whole amount? The rubies has the same age of maturity as the rest because I sent i all in one go, so I do not understand why only a percentage of my whole coin is staking and not all.

Please enlighten me. I see a lot of potential and I actually pulled out some of my altcoin investments for this, hope you can guide me.

Each individual input is treated separately. Let's say you were getting 100% APR (just for easier math):

You made a 100 RBIES deposit. You hold for a year:
The deposit would theoretically return 100 RBIES and all stake at once

You made 2x 50 RBIES deposits. You hold for a year:
You may stake one (for 50) and then the other later on (for 50)

Ideally, you condense all inputs over time. I do it at 20 or so splits usually.

So this means that the end result is the same they just stake at different times but will end up with 5% a year?
I understand staking makes more which I like since no mining rigs needed.

im a bit new to altcoins and such,  can someone explain to me how I can start staking with these rubies?  i have 1000 in my wallet but thats as far as i have gotten.
