Putting restrictions to yourself is a must, and a very important thing regardless of whether you want to play or not, if you do not have the ability to perform that kind of control then you are addicted to gambling most likely,
Trying to avoid everything that has to do with gambling is the best process and thing to do in my opinion.

If you admit your problems and have a good support structure with friends and family behind you and eben professionals then you should be able to get over ga!bking addiction . dont try it alone you won't do it. It takes true steengtto admit your faults

Quiting gambling for good is nice for me because we say that gambling can ruined our life if we still consider as gambling our job of taking some money. But in the end gambling would take youre money in a long run. So for the better leave it now until they get all your money in just a couple of minutes haha
Those gamblers that are treating gambling as a job are the ones that cannot quit gambling for good. This is the industry that they think which can help them easily to earn money. And even they wanted to quit gambling that will be difficult for them because it is the only way they know where they can earn money very fast. They should look for a real job first. they won't leave gambling when they make it as a career , just take a look to a professional poker player they would just keep moving forward unless they are decided to retire . but for those people who have problem with gambling and won't get addicted and have bigger problem , then to quit gambling for good are reasonable . the question how simply just about keep thinking about the motivation why you have to leave? family reason? financial damage reason? keep thinking about it! For me the best signal to stop or just play gambling in a minimal time is when you don't feel happy or there is no fun anymore. Don't chase your losses, just stop and move on. If you want to gamble, play just like once a week or even twice a month and that is it.. Yes, this is how to deal with your gambling wisely. I personally don’t go for gambling anymore because I have lost a very big amount in it, not only this but I have paid a very big price for gambling in my life. Though there are still some friends who want me to go with them for gambling but this is when we go for vacations. Otherwise I have left going to the local and online casinos both. |

yes , your family might help you to conquer this problem of yours, thing on other things and keep on focus on other things also. you may be able forgot gambling not so easy but if you really want and you are determined enough it will easy for you to do that, quitting gambling is not so easy it will takes time before you forget that matter. |

Gambling is a serious problem that have affected many people-myself included. I have tried very much to move away from it and I believe I almost winning the war. I used to gamble with every coin that came my hoping that i will multiply it ten fold or even a hundred fold. What I have learned is that you can never gamble with money that you can not afford to lose. The only way to do it is to gamble as fun and not with the intention to make profit.

How does one Put down Gambling for good?
Quitting gambling is not very easy if you really experience losing a big money in gambling and you can't get your money back in gambling that will lead in pawning all your things in the casino. You can quit gambling by changing your life and hobbies like being interested in new things like in sports and saving money properly. |

If you want to quit gambling for good then you should be prepared for the things that you can do when you leave or quit gambling because if you don't have any kind of alternative source of income then you will probably going back to gambling again so planning to the steps that you will take after quitting is a must so your decision will work out.

I don't think someone who actually say that they love gambling, gambling is a means to an end, gambling is very hard to stop though especially when you are always losing money. Yes it's hard to quit but you must be able to bare in mind that you really need to do it for the benefit of your family and most importantly your budget can be saved. Losing money is a reason to quit for good and you must take it as a must in order to achieve your goals in life and do what is you think better for yourself that will also bring good results. The difficulty level is getting harder once you still continue to gamble despite not getting any benefit from it, you have to quit no matter what and you should be more focus with your goals. It will probably take time but slowly you can started to do better and eventually you will be able to quit. There is no problem of going back again once you have learn from your experience and you are more responsible the time around. |

Yeah because if we are going to lose money on it, then we are not going to just let it go just like that. We are going to continue on doing gambling until we get all the money that we have lost on it. And then there would be a time that we want to stop because we are going to realize that continuing it will just going to lead you to lose more money, then of course you have decided to quit but it is not that easy, and just like that, you are doomed. |

block yourself from all gambling sites, sign yourself out of casinos, get some help best advice i can give to you i workin a casino and i can tell you it ruins lives for some cause they cant stay away.
