Should be something that will stop you permanently in gambling, there is no way you can quit for good if you are not submissive enough for chance. Gambling addiction is the hardest problem that requires a serious solution and we are the only one who can solve that and you are right with the help of your family.

If you don't have a family build your own one.. relocate you and your family where gambling is prohibited. Have 2 kids and take care of them. Involve into more and fun physical activities like sports, gym. etc.

But the actual root of all this is money. Money made us bet a lot of it we can get some more money. Greed is the one that follows. I think if you'll get rid of your financial problems, then you'll stop gambling. You only gamble for profit, not for fun. Only rich people gamble solely for fun, without the desire of having more money. I believe that if a gambler becomes rich (no matter how), he'll be very busy about the new things that he can afford and forget about gambling.

Maybe quit for yourself and because you think of yourself, you love ones is just something that would inspire you in quitting, but I do not highly recommend quitting if you are enjoying gambling despite of your loses. Just think that gambling is just a form of entertaining and that could affect your way of having fun when you let that slip away.

Quitting gambling for good is not an easy mission if you ask me, due to the fact its very addicting because its a game you are playing.
I think if you want to stop for good you need to let your relatives help you and find another hobby also.

I think only time can answer all, because I believe in the end all will stop in time and is also unlikely they will continue to gamble until old

I think the aim is to quit before you lose everything you have plus what you have borrowed. Gambling is a serious addiction for some and probably it's impossible to find a simple solution.

Serious addiction. Yes, I pretty much agree with this. But if you feel you really got it worse than others. There is actually some support groups like Gambling Addicts Anonymous. They work the 12steps just as the AA. Cheers bro. Hope you guys can get back up from this.

Maybe gambling addicts should try to do some other things out there, if the gambling for them had a big negative effect on their life, even it is financially or socially, playing some sports would be a good start.

The root of gambling addiction is usually money, so, that's where you should start...Find a job, no "what if's?" and "I can't" coz that's where everything started... Controlling your self won't make you quit gambling, it just make you gamble longer with small bets or go one time big time in one bet, that doesn't cut anything...

If someone really want to quit gambling than he have to prepare himself because it is very long process to make mind and be prepare ourself to give up this but without have any alternate of gambling nobody can quit gambling while he have an easy to internet because online gambling is really attractive.

I agree with you, it requires a long process sanagt, you definitely want to come back when you meniggalkannya, so you have to prepare yourself with your new bustle, try to find a tiring job, so that when you return home, you can sleep comfortably 

Anyone addicted to gambling and get a negative effect from it should actually stop it.

So I thin the best thing for a person to quit gambling for good so as to put stop on those negative effects of it in the addicted gamblers life whether it is financial or social is to find a different things to do that consumes a lot of time.

I mostly recommend playing some sports, as it also contributes to health and at the same time consumes a lot of time and energy thus leaving us wasted and want to rest immediately.

Yes it depend on your body movement and your mind set better try to avoid 2 or 3 days then think how your reacted for that if you are really good nothing can changed means you can easily quite but it is not possible because those who are really addicted at least once in a day we will open any site. So better stay with your family members as much as you can.

Yep, if you want to totally quit the let your internet connection be disconnected by the service provider then.

And in that case there is no way for you to play online anymore, But if you don't want to make you internet connection be disconnected, then try to just put limitations first, and after a couple of days try to slowly stop playing for a day.

It will be step by step, and nothing comes easy at first, support from family will also help.

vertime you want gambling just remember yourself that in the end you ALWAYS lose your money on gambling and it's works for me, for now i rarely do gamble.

But that kind of way doesn't works for everyone.
