This is not the premine, this was the BOUNTY FUND Reserve.

Look at the block-chain properly:

We had 4bn premine.

3.5bn went to yobit ICO, while this 500m was kept as DEV FUND and BOUNTY RESERVE.

Of the 3.5bn ICO coins, just less than 1bn were bought by the public, so that the remaining 2.58bn coins were burnt today.

So we have over 920m BIGUP in public hands, PLUS 500m in the BOUNTY RESERVE WALLET, plus the bounties that were already given out.

in my humble opinion the issue might be...
after reinstalling your .conf file is either no longer working or absent.
recieving a rpc call on a wallet that is not running as a daemon or in server mode or not even listening on the specific rpc port will not allow you to have communications with the wallet other then directly working with the QT or the daemon from a terminal


adding this to your Bigup.conf file should fix the issue
