technical question about the wallet....

I just opened it and the synching process seems really slow...

It isn't really that slow. Usually you can get to sync up under an hour; however, there is some *block*[1] around which it becomes somewhat slow/stuck for a while. At this point I find it best to exit and open the wallet again.

can we send or receive coin in the wallet if it is not in sync???

You can receive coins during sync just like on any other coin. You can not send coins to others though, as your client doesn't see them until it syncs. There will be major improvements to this in the next wallet update, so stay tuned.
[1] - I still have to do some research in regards to this; currently quite busy.

How to proceed to get the last version?

Shoudl I just close the wallet, and download the new version or else?

That is part of the problem. You can download the latest version of the wallet here > https://github.com/LIMXTEC/BitSend/releases
Just remove the current executable and use the new one. Do not touch your datadirectory (where your wallet is). Make sure to backup your wallet somewhere else as well.

You don't have to create a typeform. That is just the service advertising itself, i.e. offering you to create your own typeform. You should receive an invitation email.

The version "1.0.2 22 Jan 2015" is really old. Please use the newest version. ^^

You can user every *.exe File.
