I realize that.  Still can have an opinion on it though.
Didn't say that you could not, did I? Tongue

I think MN should reward those who get in early and I also think that with the ability to use the MNs to augment the network through routines is something that should be supported by people willing to stake significantly in a network system.  Just my thoughts.
A governance model with masternode voting is not out of the question. However, if I were to put an estimate on something like that I'd say that we would be looking at Q3-Q4 2018 or later. The next update will make BSD superior to the existing masternode coins. Wink

Sorry, was not challenging, just saying mine was one of many!

Is there  why 25K BSD's needed for a masternode?
That's part of the specification for the coin.

this coin bearly have $3M market cap, you really think people will take such chances?
Relevance? If you don't want to "take such chances" and are willing to miss out on stuff, then that is up to you.

Reduce it to 1k/5k
I propose increasing it to 50-100k. Roll Eyes

I think you're missing the point. BSD have great potential yet, it is quite stuck. not moving anywhere, far behind.
And it's becuse of the quality of BSD, but the structure.
Currently, BSD is mostly used as a platform for pump & dump groups simply becuse of it's low cap.
If you deny it, I can proof it - just tell me when and I'll proof it right here.

So you are asking people that want to support with masternodes, to drop $5k on that structure?

Instead of playing guessing games, fix the structure. increase the community, not the amount of coins needed.

If it will decrease, more people will join on = more demand, bigger community.

Maybe then, finally this great project will stop getting abused by pump & dump groups.

Cheers.

Absolute nonsense. Regardless of the cap, that can't be prevented. If you follow pump & dump groups, then this coin is most certainly not for you.

So you are asking people that want to support with masternodes, to drop $5k on that structure?
I, and many others, did.

Instead of playing guessing games, fix the structure. increase the community, not the amount of coins needed.

Not going to happen. If anything, the requirement will go up as I have stated earlier.

You have no idea what you are talking about. with this market cap, it'll get abused over and over by this groups.
And no, I am not part of this groups. I am there just to track which coins they hunt, so I'd know who to avoid from and never invest on.

Have fun missing out. Now please leave this thread alone as you've clearly stated that you have no interest in the coin.  Smiley

Is it profitable to mine Bitsend with a CPU? I did some power consumption vs. income calcs last week and it looks like I would be loosing money? I did mine a bit though, got 0.6 so far haha Is there a GPU miner for
NVIDIA yet? I saw an AMD one, but no NVIDIA, might have just missed it :S

Every single coin out today is touched by pumpers.  Even BTC is not immune.  It is not that a coin is pumped and dumped that makes it a good coin.  It is that the coin survives those moments and continues on.  Take your pics and realize that BSD has done that.  That is exactly what I mean by pick good people behind projects, not just coins.  All part of the package here.......

Note to Pumpers:  Pumping a coin up while BTC is going down is as good as it gets.  Any of you that were going to, now is the time, feel free!

Hi bitsend group, you should try to ask on litebit.eu exchange to add your coin.  (https://www.litebit.eu/en/add-your-own-crypto)
There's no an add coin request form, Just "Contact us" button on there, What does I fill a contact form like this?  Huh
A request has already been made. There is no need to send them multiple requests about this.

Thanks for this proposal.

I wrote them five minutes before for listing bitsend.

Steve
Yes of course but if they do have a twitter account we can show our support by tweeting that they can consider Bitsend to add to their trading platform I understand this is a new platform I hope they are also a good exchange

What do you mean with "hard fork issue "?

Note... litebit.eu listing is coming. We also passed some milestones with the bitsend version core 0.14.

Bitcoin fork has nothing to do with BSD as far as the network goes.  It will affect BSD price because BSD is traded against BTC.  No one knows what the price of BTC will be after the fork, but I would suspect that the exchanges will continue on the more popular fork and that the price of that fork will bounce back upward where BTC was before the fork.  So, I would not worry about it too much.  Way too much money in BTC to allow a fork to destroy the value.

It might be a wild ride for a short while.
