The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

It's one of those coins that consistently updates and improve on its features while flaunting its strengths to crypto enthusiasts, hoping that a natural adoption will occur in the future.

Why does cryptopia require 100 confirms for a deposit on bitsend when most for other coins it's just 20?

Can you perhaps ask them to change it?

They did also did 100 confirm increase on Bittrex when segwit was activated.  Yes is very annoying, new update has been stable for months no more need for this much confirms.
I agree is very annoying. The transaction from my wallet to Bittrex took few seconds and after it took many hours to confirm the transaction. Why by the way need 100 confirmations. Does anybody know?

They did it to make sure no bugs and all transaction fully confirmed to exchange no issues.  But, segwit implemented was months ago so not known why they do not move back down to 8 or something less than 100.

In what way fixed? You were excluded for next week or everything was just normal again and you received one stake a week again?

You"re just guessing or you know something? Marketcap is actually pretty low for this project. 15 000 000 usd is nothing,we could go 10x to 150 000 000 usd and that should be our bottom. I kinda have a feeling that we will be there eventually.

This is a good time to buy more, my goal is a masternode by the end of the year, then 20 bsd per day from then on, which could be a substantial amount in a few years time. Passive income is the key to financial freedom, just want to know how long masternode rewards get paid for, do they ever stop?

My 2k rig is giving 9 BSD per day. How much is a masternode? More than 4k?

You mean mining rig? That costs electricity and the equipment fails at some point and needs to be replaced. Also difficulty for mining varies (downwardly) a lot more than masternode rewards.

The masternode has some maintenance requirement, as you need to check up on it once in a while, upgrade executables and things like that, but it's probably less time consuming than doing similar tasks for a mining rig.
Also, it costs no electricity and you can use cloud mining with a small monthly cost, and even pay it with crypto directly.

All this needs to be considered when making a comparison.

And how much does it cost exactly?
