My wallet is not synchronized, stopped at block 409915! The second day there is no synchronization.

mine has 14 connections ...
pickup some nodes from https://cryptogods.net/nodes/dubaicoin/ i guess and try to sync

Delete everything in your coin folder EXCEPT the .conf and wallet.dat files and resync
if you are using windows... there maybe some data corruption.. happens on windows much more frequently than MAC/linux
