POW (proof of work )Mining is finished now, you can buy some coins and then let it grow through POS (proof of stake) which is basically accomplished via leaving your coins in your wallet (windows, mac android etc. and not in the exchange). staking rate is (10% per year).

Regarding bounty programs, I don't believe there is any at the moment, but maybe in the near future.

dbic begin at 400 sat range if i remember back then then fly high and went to 15k sat more or less now that its down to 3.5k sat so many fuds and non believer came here and keeps on shouting that the coin is dying its not a year yet and dev still working overtime and keeps on trying to find a ways to make it valuable i think dbic is just sleeping and any time it will explode back on track.
