We have made a lot of progress in the past few days, although most of that is in the sphere of planning. We are preparing to release the full details of our project. We have already begun development and will be ready to share our plans within the next week.

Moreover, we will be making a new website for Bellacoin. The current domain, bellacoin.com, is under control of someone who used to work with the project but is no longer with us. We will be purchasing and developing a new website that will serve as the official site for Bellacoin. A new logo is being developed as well. To suit our project, Bellacoin must first be in top condition. We likely will be updating the wallets or building new ones to handle increased adoption of Bellacoin that comes as a side benefit to our marketing.

This Saturday, one of the Ambia Fund partners is traveling to meet with two of the programmers for our project. We believe that they will be able to finalize the public project deck as well as lay down an internal roadmap for the rest of our work with Bellacoin.

It has come to our analysts’ attention that Bellacoin lacks both a lead developer and a supportive team.


After speaking to both parties mentioned above and receiving their consent, the Ambia Fund has decided to temporarily take over the role of managing Bellacoin. As quickly as possible, will be looking to source a lead developer and team members who can fill part-time supportive roles and retake the project back from us. Let it be known that this is very good news for Bellacoin. Yesterday, it had no management team. Today, it does.


We will also be assembling a Board of Advisors—experienced and trusted members of the cryptocurrency community who will provide advice and insight for the incoming lead developer and supporting team members. We will require that the lead developer assume his or her role without anonymity. 


Below are our highest-priority updates that we will be working on:

• Changing the name from Bellacoin to Belacoin
• Designing a new logo
• Providing a new informative website
• Updating the code behind the project
• Updating the wallets
• Sourcing a new lead developer
• Sourcing a support crew

Since he still uses the Bellacoin.com domain for emails, he is unwilling to pass the domain over to us or use it for the Belacoin project. That is entirely acceptable and understandable. We decided we could get around this by purchasing either Bella-coin.com or changing the name to Belacoin.

Moreover, our main project that will utilize the Belacoin blockchain goes by the name Belacam. After researching the market, we anticipate the potential to acquire 20,000-100,000 users, bringing a massive influx of users to the Belacoin project. To help these users transition between Belacam and Belacoin, our analyst team agreed that a name change from Bellacoin to Belacoin would be in the best interest of everyone.

We recognize that a name change isn't wholly desirable to everyone, but in the end, it will decrease the barriers to entry for new investors, meaning this name change should help increase the price of Belacoin. This is a positive thing for current investors in Belacoin.

The predictions have also been shared with The Ambia Fund partners—others who are looking to invest in the Belacoin project. We will be sharing our financial projections and models once we begin to promote our Belacam project.

Meanwhile, we have strong confidence in the project and have given a blank check in funding to the programmers of Belacam.
