they have the worst support, especially when it comes to withdrawals. I had same problem a while back and my withdrawal amount wasn't even big. I received it in the end but it took a very long time.

try contacting Yobit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594
and post on their Announcement topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.0

hope it gets fixed soon.

I dont think so, that Yobit is scam. Maybe there are delays,as more people joining their campaign automatically. With so much traffic and more people they are going to pay, more process and workloads...be patient..

Hope it will be resolve soon Wink

I think yobit is not a scam because i'm trading there and all fine and sometimes i am having the same issue like yours. But honestly the support are always delay they reply 2 to 5 days. just make sure you flood their ticket support and email their contact support and wait for their reply..
It will fix soon after they saw your email and sent ticket from their support..

Try contacting them again. You can contact them here in the forum as well. Maybe there was just some delays due to many users withdrawing and your withdrawal must have been just caugh in traffic.

Some time their are problem with bitcoin server that is why it takes more time for confirmation, you have to wait for some more time, if you dont get you can get in touch with yobit support system. if still their is problem you can raise a scam accusation thread in scam thread.

Slow down. Cool

This way you can cause unnecessary panic.
I had few times delays but everything went good at the end.
Sometimes they have some bugs but after all this is still my favorite exchange after bittrex.

The subject seems panicky but I understand where you're coming from. There are delays in their withdrawals at times but they always work at one point or another. They reply as well on tickets only that you don't exactly know when.

I do not understand why some people defend the site in the point of delaying the btc withdrawing ! It is a negative and fishy point of course and will not encourage more users to join the site
and I do not see the flood of support tickets as an excuse for delaying replying it. they should work on improving it

True, yobit has been a scam site for a long time. They launch fake altcoins under newbie accounts and profit/steal from ICO's.
I would never recommend anyone using it.

The hold my BTC withdrawal more than 6 hours.

this is stupid for poor management.

I can recommend you to take contact with an admin on there exchange. You can find them in the chat. An admin can you recognize by his name in blue. FOr a member as us it is gray. There is not always an admin online. You have to look from time to time to the chat.
Blacksmith is a very good admin and he will certainly help you.
Good luck.

withdraw is fine only the support is always delay. Maybe you are just experience the delay withdrawal because of confirmation..
But i think your problem right now is already been done and solve. If not it is better to contact the support and wait for their reply..

Also before withdrawing, you should make sure their wallet is online just like the pic below to avoid delays

My problem is with a deposit, done 2 days ago but not credited yet, not even in pending, just missing somewhere. Still no answer from support either.

They are definitely not a scam.  You ought to just be a little patient, though I think Yobit is usually quicker than this in processing withdrawals.

If the original Backside walkaround can prove to me they are the old owner of this account, I can update the email address to the email address of their choosing.
Backside walkaround has lost access to their account as they used someone else's email address to sign up, and the owner of the email address got tired of random email notifications from this site after a few months and reset the password.
