Too quick to say a scam while withdrawal is delayed entering 6 hours usually some sites apply max 24 hours a withdrawal process if more than 24 hours have not been processed then I agree you say scam or worst service. they may have a problem of withdrawal a moment ago and work a few minutes later can be seen in people after you do not have a problem when making withdrawals. solution you can contact a support service I'm sure they will help you

My problem is with a deposit, done 2 days ago but not credited yet, not even in pending, just missing somewhere. Still no answer from support either.

Are you sure you've send BTC to the right address? if yes then you should open a case at the thread scam 2 days not solve the problem it was really the worst service, I so do not intend to use Excanger yobit.net

They are slow to reply to tickets but for me they did reply after a few days.  I just think they don't put a lot into support.  I wouldn't call them a scam, maybe low budget.

I also think so, they are not a scam it was because they have a lot of users while little support This problem will continue to occur in the future if they do not immediately increase support services and people will leave Yobit

how much bitcoin you trying to withdraw by the way? i admit their support are very bad and yeah poor management and i know how annoying when an exchange hold your nitcoin too long.
it's necessary speaking loud like this to get their attention.

be sure and check that your wd was sent correctly....everybody here confirming that no problem using Yobit, and me too...
They are not very active as customer service, probably don't look so serious but i don't think that they need to stole your 0,38 btcoins...thats could be the poorest scam in the history of scams lol...

For sure something was wrong sending coins, maybe address...check better, i don't want to take the parts of Yobit but don't call it scam unless you (and more other) have solid reason Wink

I've been with them since the time i was still a newbie. i think they purposely hold it for awhile while they update their site and this regularly happens every time signature campaigns are about to get paid. They are NOT scam. suspect that they will if you have about millions of BTCs to be withdraw if not, they are going to release it anytime.

i think Yobit is more poor than scam. they always have problems with withdrawals, their signature users have the same problem with their payments too. maybe they are processing everything by hand and not automatically!

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.

Okay customer service really important to be active 24/6 at least.
Communication between users and the site = build a trust, no communication = no trust,  no trust = users reserve the right to call "scam" once they did something suspicious and annoying like hold the withdrawal etc.

I know when I've had withdrawals there I've gotten validation emails.

Did you get the email and "release" the withdraw?

I don't feel that they are scam .I had withdrawed my signature campaign payouts many times and was paid instantly.Don't know ho you are facing up the issue. But yeah their support is not good.Once I got a reply after 48 hours after creating ticket.I think support is itself handled by admin i guess whose name is wixan or something like that

I've actually been working with Yobit for months now and i've never encountered any trouble about it. Guess you should have written to admit as soon as you figured this out. That way they would have addressed it the sooner.

their hot wallet is being used to fast, consequently you won't be able to withdraw instantly.
this problem is as same as what i am in trouble about. Sad

out of ability to use the signature, i want a new ban strike policy that will fade the strike after 90~120 days of the ban and not to be traced back, like google | email me for anything urgent, message will possibly not be instantly responded
i am not really active for some reason

Apart from their hot wallet their are many more issues.
For one why is their service so scammy. All their ICO's fail, all their new coins are scams. I am sure they are behind many scams.

definitely not scam for me, i am trading at yobit sometimes and i always get my withdrawal within 1 minute after i requested it. the probable reasons of the delay for you is large amount of withdrawal so the hot wallet can't cover it and process the transaction and being weekend they might not be able to reply fast enough. maybe wait until tomorrow (monday) and hope the issue will get fixed asap Smiley

i had the same issue with their hot wallet when i was in their signature campaign. it goes empty so often

and the problem with the coins is that they don't have any good system of adding new coins, they just add anything with minimal study of their being scam or not

Be patient and don't call it scam.
I have good experience and also many users still have.
I'm not worried with ico coins because i don't invest in them, this is your option.
If you have problems try to contact them in their topic, don't spread unnecessary panic.
