same here, i deposit some ECASH 12 hours passed and no deposit showing. only this one time i have problem with yobit, other times i deposit or withdraw i have no problems . how to compare wallet blockheights and what is purpose for it?

Have you managed to get a response for support yet. I too put ecash in from  Etherdelta to yobit. and the transaction has definitely gone through and is in the wallet. However yobit not showing it on site. been 8 hours now. no response from support either. i dont think theyve deliberately done it (i hope). I think its just coding error and they just need to fix it but need them to respond whilst price of ecash is still high.

I have exactly the same problem. I sent the Golem(GNT) tokens to Yobit 35 hours ago. Etherscan showed that the transaction was successful, but the balance is empty. Support is not responding

Token was Ethereum Cash (ECASH). Yes, they really answered my ticket. I put URGENT!!! in title. I dont know if that is the reason for their response. Try to send them another ticket!

I have the same problem. I have written my question to the support on 28.12.17 and there is no reply still, but before they replied within a three days. And fees for withdrawing just gone crazy! I usually withdrew with 0% fee on my QIWI wallet, but not the percent is 5-6 and even 9%! It is just a grabbing!
