If you add the "partners" and the "house fees" together, you get the expected 10% of the losing tickets.  So I'm guessing "partners" represents outside investors who have a share in the site.  Whatever it is, their share comes out of the house's 10% cut.

That is correct, thanks dooglus for point it about... we will have more new soon about what this "Partners" means.

as dooglus pointed out in the other thread, you have this sentence on the FAQ.

"All the hashes of the keys of the next draw are available at this link in order to validate that the hash for the key that was used was the correct one after the play has finished"

but there isn't any link in the faq page. You MUST provide this link ASAP before someone hit the 3 or 4 jackpot so you can prove that wasn't you manipulating the draw result to get your money back. I must say that if this happen before you post the hashes, my trust on the site will be affected.

and also the link to the address 1HSDNZYfcevZBNCZjj4y5wyxzbc79a6y32 on the faq page isn't working.

EDIT: just saw that your message on twitter has parts of the hash for the secret token. So it's ok as you can't know the TwitID bedore posting the hash. It's provably fair.

UPDATE

Thank you to all the beta testers and users that helped us improve our site experience, we are still working in some of the improvements of the site, but feel free to leave us feedback.

Based on the latest increased of the BTC price, we have decided to lower the ticket price to 0.01 BTC. Everything will be the same, so players will have more fun, for way less money! And pools are incredible high for a price of 0.01 BTC!

With these changes with only 1 BTC players will have 110 plays, almost a day of playing!

Grand Opening Bonus Tickets & High Rollers Discounts were adjusted accordingly.

Pool retain was increased to 50%.

Players are still able to choose the numbers in the same way as before, just pick your lucky numbers on decimals in the transaction.

well, I just give up trying to load the site on firefox and internet explorer, it's just opening the top and the bottom and the middle is blank on both browser and this is happening on every attempt. It's working very well on chrome, but just on chrome. you should take a look on this as firefox and internet explorer have a substantial share on the browsers market.

Sorry, it was in my todo list but gave priority to other things, since most of the funds from Pool #3 & #4 was contributed by us anyways.

Secret Token Hashes from Block # 219000 to Block # 318999

Also uploaded to GitHub to validate publish date https://github.com/ShaTwo/SecretCodes

As you also point it out Hash is also on the Twit, so changes of cheating are close to imposible.

FAQ has been updated.

you should replace HMAC-SHA516 to HMAC-SHA512 on your site. and you should clarify you are using str(txid), str(txindex) as the input and key of HMAC, in order to simplify the verification.
