I got my RaiBlocks stuck on Mercatox for a few days now. Tried to find out whats going on.

- Couldnt send a Ticket to Mercatox
- Didnt find anything on Forums, Reddit, Twitter (except a lot of users asking the same question)

No comments from Mercatox, no comments from RaiBlocks Devs.

Even in the AMA, the question popped up several times, but got ignored. so yeah, AMA but dont dont answer anything (and this is defenitely a very legit question)?

How can this be ignored so hard?

Whats the problem to get the "maintenance" fixed? Is there a rough timeline?

Very unprofessional from those guys at bitgrail. they don't know how to respond to customers and there is nowhere written that minimum withdraw is 100

I think that is written somewhere or maybe that was the minimum deposit was 100 otherwise it wouldn't be credited. In any case the restrictions on withdrawals are obviously a ploy to keep your money there because that is the only coin they have of value. To BitGrail add more coins of value if you feel this will screw your business!

The minimum withdrawal has always been there I believe. The minimum deposit is just strange, especially because they encourage you to send over at least a 1000 rai, otherwise you'll be charged 5 rai.

I think that people are angry now because they've implemented a restriction (without announcement) where you need to verify yourself prior to being able to withdraw (no verification required up to 0.5 BTC). Even when you're verified, you can only withdraw 1.5 BTC per day. It's absolutely ridiculous, but also mind blowing that they'd rather spend time implementing features to "lock people in" rather than resolve the issues their platform is dealing with....

The whole reason they need to lock people in in the first place, isn't necessarily coins of values... It's their arrogant behaviour to users, their incapability to handle criticism and the fact that they're unable to keep the exchange running.

I just want to clear something up regarding your message, no doubt I do understand your point here but the minimum deposit has always been there and it's not strange at all, before people we're getting atleast 75 xrb a day for solving around 4000-6000 captchas so to limit people from dumping their tokens on the exchange, bitgrail decided to limit the minimum deposit to 100 xrb and encourages users to depost atleast 1000 xrb to avoid paying for the fees. Before this wasn't a big deal and people were not complaining at all but because of the current price growth of xrb, this seems to cause a huge problem that's why the exchange decided to lower the deposit and withdrawal fees just a few hours ago, now the minimum amount to withdraw and deposit is 10 xrb with no fees, to make is easier for all of us to participate in the trading of this coin.

Yeah you're right about that, a lot of people especially those who have supported this project right from the start are quite angry with bitgrail regarding this issue, it's so unprofessional of them to implement restrictions without informing their users first, users didn't even get an email regarding this so I do understand the frustrations people are feeling right now, even me I felt so bad regarding this matter and felt betrayed by bitgrail too but I guess what they're doing is good for their platform and right now all we can do is just accept this restrictions and try to slowly withdraw our coins from the exchange site. Honestly I'm just waiting for a better exchange site to add xrb and I'm out of bitgrail. The exchange got so many issues that it's hurting my investment with this project.

Whoa! XRB is on a tear! This is what the investors are talking about when the faucet was closed. Now, it's finally going to the moon. It really took me by surprise how fast it surged up but I am happy because I think the surge is already due a long time ago. XRB is a really good coin and it deserves this.

Bitgrail's latest actions like Bittrex's are yet another example of why we desperately need decentralized exchanges.  Anytime we trade we put ourselves at risk dealing with individuals or companies who all too often take advantage of us for their own gains.  I'm getting really fucking tired of this shit.

hence why devs of 1ex.trade are at a PRO level (Swiss based) and are tuning it now for bigger use after March 2018.  proper site not like this shit places run by teens lol.

Those who have made big gains in RaiBlocks and supprt DAG block-lattice style blockchains should consider jumping on board STONE and donating to get a privacy related DAG off the ground Stone thread:: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2581762

Not sure why, but I was able to transfer my raiblocks in large chunks without any problems and I am not verified at all. 100, 200 and 500+ coins sent without any problem at all..
Same here, had no issues withdrawing from Bitgrail without verification. Bittrex, on the other hand, has been an absolute nightmare to deal with it's verification process and lack of support response. Hoping to see Raiblocks on more exchanges real soon, especially on Binance.

Big difference between those exchanges that either require verification or do not is trust. Those who require are trying to be legitimated and they deserve more trust from me. Nevetheless Bitgrail is really good to trade XRB so far.

I agree here. No issues with bitgrail and the XRB trading. Sure a bigger exchange would be an additional push

Bitgrail after the change into bigger servers and now with kyc, will be able to grow, because till those days it were just another exchange with tiny volume, something that has changed the last days, the most of new exchanges coming arent live yet... i dont remember neither found where the list is but i wonder what big exchanges are doing because they keep ignoring xrb, one of them wich said were following XRB were bittrex and since today they dont have done anything else, what are they waiting for....#wakeupbittrex.

Please help vote for XRB to be listed on the bit-z exchange. It is currently one of 3 coins being voted right now:

1. Sign up to https://www.bit-z.com/vote2/XRB
2. Verify your account to level 2 - which is basically just confirming email, address and name.
3. You will get free 200 vtc to vote for xrb to be listed

You are so lucky mate, I was able to work with this coin before and collect a lots of mrai but due to my ignorance and treat this as a daily earnings
I didn't save anything and when the faucet already been stop now the value really so amazing, lucky for those like you who works with mrai correctly
and save, now you can enjoy the fruit of your success.
