xrp with the 3rd largest market capitalization after btc and ethereum is currently trading at $0.62 after a 21% increase and now whole market going in red zone again but there is a chance that we will be see green sign again soon.

You're right maybe for a daily trading it's a good coin but I definitely would not buy this coin for a long term

some new investers bought xrp at the price of $3, so it can be possible xrp will be hit ATH $3 again in december.

We'll see there are lots of people got disappointed with XRP. If I have bought my XRP during the time when the price rise up to $3, I would have been dumping it when the price  dip to $2 already. Its just that people who were very much positive about the rise of prices last December, a lot of new investors actually think its not going to end that it will continue going up. Ripple hit more then $3 when before 2017 it was just 2 cents.

Buy now before it get too expensive, there may have been a bit of a dip but is good for a long term hold.

A couple of days ago, Yashitaka Kitao, CEO of Tokyo based Strategic Business Innovator Group (SBI Holdings), tweeted out that XRP will hit $10 in 2018. The significance of his prediction runs very deep. Here's why. Back in the beginning of March, SBI Holdings and SBI Ripple Asia announced a collaborative effort to create a new remittance app called "Money Tap",  which will allow its customers to settle transactions at any time of the day or night, every day of the week. The full release of the Money Tap app is scheduled the fall/summer of 2018 and will feature Resona Bank, SBI Net Sumishin Bank and Suruga Bank as the first three to offer the service.

The app will be powered by Ripple's xCurrent system, the one that does not us XRP to settle. However, SBI did make a statement in March that they are "considering using XRP for bridge currency"...
