At the moment, ripple continues to go up. This coin sometimes surprises me pleasantly and now is the moment. I like it.

Someone who bought at 4k satoshi before the BTC flash crash should ordinarily be in profits now, but now they wont get it's true worth especially in dollar because of the drop

I hope SBI stop working with Nchain...

Craig Wright - Chief Scientist @ nChain has this to say about XRP today....

https://twitter.com/ProfFaustus/status/1063815756473925633
Any use-case for ETH no longer exists following the confirmation by the @SEC_News on ICOs. All as I have been trying to say for years.
Next target, XRP. Another illegal unregistered security platform to take down.

SBI have very close ties with XRP...and XRP is not a security.

Hey guys,

hoping someone can explain....

I understand that I must keep a minimum of 20 xrp in my wallet to do xrp transactions.

But what about on trading exchanges?  Can I send 100 percent of my trading exchange xrp to  another person/wallet?  Or does the trading exchange have to keep a minimum of my 20 xrp on their individual accounts?

bump

I think each created wallet has to keep those 20 XRP

Official expanation can be found here

https://developers.ripple.com/reserves.html

Short version, its created to prevent malicious player spamming ledger and trying to slow it down or even break it

Thanks, I looked into it and it seems the GOOD exchanges have one single wallet for all users - with an individual acct tag that separates each users xrp.  So on a good exchange you can utilize 100 percent of your coins.

Of course private wallet is another matter.

I have a feeling that soon Ripple will be able to show 20,000 Satoshi again, what do you think? I think it's time for him to go back to the moon, and he needs to do almost x2 of everything, this is not so much.

I agree. Ripple seems to handle very well this market dump. Let's see in the next few days...

See when the market situation can't be same every time, even though Bitcoin volume is low we cannot discourage it. Once it's starts recovering nobody will expect how much price the Bitcoin price is going to be, of course, the ripple is one of the good currency to hold in long-term but it is not possible to compare with the Bitcoin price and volume.

well, so far, when the decline in bitcoin prices has occurred, the price of XRP has persisted, that's a pretty good thing in my opinion. well, I feel that XRP will be a better coin than ETH in the future if ETH is like this.

I don't like giving attention to attention-wh***s but this Craig guy is just the worst kind of human!

He'd do anything for the money and when he realised he's persevered as the untrustworthy person he is from the community, he started throwing dirt to the competition... why, I wonder? To throw the spotlight to others while he hides? Hoping to damage the competition in order to gain himself? Or to take as many more as possible down with him?
He's just disgusting!

In spot prices, XRP / USD fell by 4.7 percent and 5.3 percent last week. As long as BTC is king and battles bears, altcoin prices, including XRP, will continue to decline.
However, unlike the others, XRP bulls are responsible, and we expect prices to recover and even print above the October highs, inviting the bulls into the process.
