Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Don't say "all major exchanges" if in the end it will not be "all major exchanges" ", very easy to words things well and looks reliable. Now that I said it, it does not mean that all major exchanges are not on it already.. But obviously some statements like that were made before that became false ! Which then make Sasha looks unreliable and foolish to some extent. So watch out your words Sasha, If I may dare doing this sugestion. |

I write a tutorial about WAVES in my native language. There is an information I am missing for the text and I hope there is a graphic or depiction about it somewhere. The whitepaper does not provide the information, unfortunately.
Is the current amount of WAVES (100,000,000 Waves) the final amount or is there a continous creation of new units? If so, what is the yearly inflation of WAVES? Is it a lineary unit creation?
