Will there be a fixed BTC/WAVES rate during to ICO or will this be dependent on the value of BTC compared to fiat? If the BTC price is 700 dollars at the end of the ICO will i get the same amount of WAVES for 1 BTC?

Only after the ICO ends we will know how much BTC is collected, then 85 million tokens will be distributed to participating users based on their contribution in the total amount of the raised funds in BTC. There are bonuses on different days if you missed the info. So the only difference will be the bonus.

Let's try and get to member status. Do you get member status once you hit 100 posts?

As far as I understand, the sig benefits last until the end of the ICO, so we still have like a month and a half?

The member status is 60 ACTIVITY POINTS. 1 activity point = 1 day of oldness of your account.

I have been a member of BitcoinTalk.org since 2013 but only have a handfull of posts. I signed up for the waves signature kickback, but it sounds like I will only get kicked in the teeth.

I'm worried about the lack of Max Investment Limit

The remaining  85 million tokens will be distributed in lCO procedure to participating users based on their contribution in the total amount of the raised funds.

No that's not correct.  85 million coins will be divided by amount invested so depends how much is invested during ICO period.
