My Google Authenticator App crashed on my Iphone.

And now I cannot get into my Ico Account.
I have saved the 16 letter/digit code for 2FA.

I couldn't find where I could reset this.
Is there a community manager who know what is the procedure?

Polo doesn't always pre-ann, mostly they put out a notice on the site 1 hour in advance or just tweet right before.
