Hi sasha, I'm having trouble with 2FA on ico (Google Authetication on my iphone crashed). But I still have the 16 digit code.
I have send an email to: rideon@wavesplatform.com
They replied they need my password and my ico account.
Is this correct?

Sasha, you know I respect this project and have asked to speak to you about some ideas I have.  I am only asking for the team to be respectful even in the face of ignorance.  You guys have done a phenomenal job but have recently dropped the ball on updating us.  

I am sure there are reasons but please do not forget those people that have supported this project.

guys I'm sleeping like 4 hours, the rest of the day I'm online

Sasha, to be honest - you don't want to waste your time here. Anyone serious is watching Slack, Twitter or FB.

99.9% of ICO participants are waiting patiently and do not have the attention span of a four year old. They also are aware that, more important than the Waves Platform, they have invested in you and your team.

You made it clear to everyone that you would put due diligence first, and I for one, did not recall seeing any fixed dates for 'launch' of this and 'launch' of that. Just remember that 99.9% of your investors are with you on this and, above all wish you to succeed.

Can we build a community/forum like DAO's forum  https://forum.daohub.org/  or maidsafe's forum http://forum.safenetwork.io/

They must use the same pattern/similar codes or use some forum service. I hope we will have this kind of forum/community, not here. Here are too many trolls

It should be back up once the tech team gets to it. Do note that the team might be of a different timezone than where you are at the moment and may be asleep. Sasha has noted it in the earlier posts above yours. Am sure the team will get to it.

Not true, I invested more than 95% of people did and I am not on the Slack Channel - I do not like needing to be in a Private Channel to get Public Info - Sasha has stated he would remedy that though.

And you should create a technical blog or something with instructions (how to install the lite client, how to update the lite client, how to create account, etc).
2. Now this work do @Twiggy Smile, but his instructions came from posts and google docs. This is not high level which expected from such successfull ICO project (with all respects to @Twiggy Smile).

Actually we have a strong PR team, I think it's obvious after the ICO.
