Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I think the network is too fast.

Thinking about patching the code, to slow it down, during the pow phase.

What does the community think?

Feedback please Smiley

The block target, until the end of the pow phase . I assumed this would be an issue. Since both PoW and PoS are active, the blocks are coming too fast.

I think the long PoW phase is crucial to the philosophy of this coin, that is why I would like to fix this.

Can you explain the PoS in this coin, I'm a bit confused. Does the PoS give block reward?
For example: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/neva/address.dws?NVmz62hD8XEgae975bbBwwFNM3fL5N3wd1.htm

I have had around 50-60 NEVA for a few hours and haven't yet received any PoS rewards. The wallet says I'm staking, do I need to do anything else?

The block reward for PoS is the same as for PoW, that is 5 NEVAs + fees at the moment.

When you will mine a block is for the network to decide.

I got a few PoS blocks yesterday for example, but got none today... Its random and it depends how many people are staking at the moment and how many coins you have + its also random.

Also make sure you are well connected to the network, enable UPNP in the settings or forward port 7391 to your client.

Good luck!

PM me if you have the know how to add this coin to Coinomi.  I'm slowly working on it at the moment, but if someone wants to save me some time and earn some coins, like I said, PM me.

What's cool is my old desktop from 2009 with an AMD processor (5,000 kH/s) mines at half the speed as my Intel Core i7 4770 @ 3.40GHz. (10,000 kH/s). What rates are you guys getting on laptops?
