Hello, I'm a new Meme fan (yes, it's possible) from France (yes, it's possible, this little county exists too). I finally succedeed to sync blockchain with memetic-qt-r6 update (v1.0.2.6-61404-POSOnly) on Windows.... I had to delete previous stucked blockchain 3 weeks before to scan again the whole blockchain (it's very fast - less than 10 minutes). I'm POS stacking now... soon in fact because my coins aren't mature yet.... but I think I'll win 3% per year after that... Is that correct? Thanks for your answers. Long live Meme and Memetic. Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Stupid Bittrex wouldn't allow "PEPE" as a coin but allowed MEME. I don't understand the logic at all. |

I was finally able to make a backup of my wallet.dat file, and then delete the entire folder for my Qt. I'm currently syncing all the block data once again; but it seemed as if I wasn't able to connect to any nodes at all. Thanks to bumbacoin for the amazing detailed help!
I don't think that wallet has been updated with the fork. |
