I couldn't find any pools running PepeCoin, so I've added the coin to my pool. Sadly, my power is not enough to find any blocks...
I've found a dash and many bitcore blocks in the past, so in general the pool is working.

The pool fee is 0%, you don't need an account. This is configuration for a D3 miner:

yes, but unfortunately all blocks are rejected. I get this error in the debug.log:
2018-07-15 10:22:29 ERROR: CheckBlock() : first tx is not coinbase
2018-07-15 10:22:29 ERROR: ProcessBlock() : CheckBlock FAILED

Lol, i like pepe frog and i want to support this coin a little) Also, i think this is very good that such coin is traded at Bittrex. But i want to see relevan roadmap and to know, what developers are planning to do with this coin in future.
