Seems pretty safe way to make bitcoin, no risk at all as you will be collecting bitcoin only.

Trading cryptocurrencies is a great way but it has its risk and you have to be really careful,I have experienced some ridiculous things when it comes to trading so it can be really slicky and if you aren't careful there is a big chance you end up on red and who knows from there. The point I'm trying to make is to be informed about your decisions and try your best to make a straregy and follow it.

For us to make bitcoin, I think the first thing we should do or if the person is just a newbie He/She must sign in the bitcointalk.org, then learn the proper procedure of trading in the exchange, or join the signature campaign that are very potential ICO.

I think trading is only for people who have a knack in it, if you do not have the skills that will be the same as gambling, it might be better if you did mine, it would be better even if you do not have any skills

You will always experience that at any type of job/work. You will have downfalls and you will do things that would make you think that you're foolish when you look back at it. Even though, it's okay. No one's watching you. No one's judging you. It's the mistakes that makes us learn things. Experience is the most important thing in trading. You will start to get these hunches if the altcoin isn't going to be successful or if the dev is going to run away.

Trading is the great way but you need to have a capital to be able to start and we should not talk about being knowledgeable here as it is already presume that a certain person when in trading is ready enough to start.

I guess you might try micro earning like joining a campaign.

There are different ways to make bitcoin it all depend s on how much you are willing to spend , i personally started by earning a little from faucets and then spending it all on gambling i remember i would spend a whole week getting bitcoin from faucets and on Saturday i would spend it all on one match
it took me 6 months to get 0.01 btc and then i started doing investment and trading, but my advise if you have money go and buy some bitcoin and then   use it to make more as for mining it is very hard to mine on your own even if you have a good GPU it is not profitable you are better of getting it from faucets for free and within 1 min than spend 12h and wast your money on electricity and hardware to get the same resualt

Maybe it would take you much shorter if you didn't gamble those money. I can never picture myself out doing faucet for 6 months straight just to get 0.01BTC. Here you talk about waste of money on electricity but you did spend a lot of time doing faucets. That also require electricity, right? Smiley

0.01BTC is just around 5$ back then, now it's 7$. You can easily buy that amount of bitcoins using your own money. You don't have to be rich to buy that amount. I wouldn't recommend something as unprofitable as faucet sites. Even when mining using your own computer isn't a good way to make bitcoin, it doesn't change the fact that faucets are also just a waste of time. I recommend depositing some money, never trying gambling, and then focus on trading instead.

Yes, many Bitcoin users are getting profit on Gambling and Trading. For them, This is the easiest way to make money, Just bet and predict. in trading system, many are now enjoying the trading. For me, The best way to get bitcoins is Farming, Mining and invest. although investment is very risky, my principle was at least I've tried. Collecting Bitcoins from paying faucets is also suggested Smiley

Your right that six months to only get 0.01 into your wallet is not a big amount. The point is why you have spent it on gambling and you should know is always the owner of the website who have the advantage over your bitcoin. I think trading and gambling are the same, you cannot predict how the market goes or how the next slot machine will pay.

Gambling cannot provide you profit all the time. Many people have won big, yes, but you have to first look in their history and you'll probably find big losses before of the win, so a big win doesn't always mean profit. I'm always going for safer ways and gambling remains just a way of getting entertained... I don't even deposit more than $5 a week or a month.. I prefer playing with faucet instead.

Interesting ideas but nothing concrete here.
Which skills?
Great question. I do not have the answer for everyone. For one person they may only be able to learn the skill of flipping hamburgers (which is in demand somewhere). Others may be able to learn more advanced skills.
Here is a top 25 skills of 2016 for those with brains in their head: http://blog.linkedin.com/2016/01/12/the-25-skills-that-can-get-you-hired-in-2016/

I'd just like to thank Elwar for that link. I realize it may not have taken much to search for it myself had I thought to, but when one has over a hundred tabs open researching dozens of different things, it's nice to get conveniently pointed in the right direction. The article in that blog link doesn't just list 25 skills that are popular with employers, it also offers resources to learn them, so it's really quite helpful if anyone wants to pursue that. Elwar's comment that you can just google it is also still valid.

That said, I do wonder how feasible it is to try and earn Bitcoins by doing jobs like programming if you're not already an expert? Is it even possible for newcomers who go through the effort to learn these skills to compete with existing Bitcoin veterans for those jobs? How much expertise in a programming language does one need before they can reasonably start applying them?

(If my questions would be better served in a new thread, please let me know. I'm still getting used to how things work here)

Trading altcoins is good way to earn bitcoin. Although its risky, its better than investing on cloud mining and other ponzi sites. Bitcoin can be hard to earn if your capital is too small. You should have some big capital to earn bitcoin with ease. And while you are trading, try also some opportunities here. You can offer your skills to earn btc.

Thats right because gambling really a game of luck and so for sure before we can win that big amount we will lose bigger than that i can say its better to invest with the house instead trying your luck defeating them chances is much bigger i guess.

I don't think so, still there are risk although i collect bitcoin via mining altcoins using GPU miner, but i will try it because actually i am a freelancer on bitcoin and digital currencies. So it will be fun than manage risk of real business.  Wink

I don't think learning a skill like programming would help you get Bitcoins especially now in 2016. There are a lot of programmers and coders out there(especially Indians) who can do the job right for cents. They are efficient and provide good quality programmes/codes as well. So, unless you can compete with that price and make a reasonably good/accurate codes, I advise you to stay away from programming. Maybe you can try graphics designing.

I read somewhere on the forum that XBTlancer (or something like that) has some  programming jobs you can do.
I wonder what other sites has programming jobs apart from topcoder and freelancer. Undecided

I see that everyone sees Bitcoin as this magical money making thing so here is a great way to make some money:

1. Learn a skill that is in demand.

2. Use that skill to make money in your worthless inflationary local currency.

3. Convert that worthless currency into bitcoins.

Boom. Now you have real money!

Spend as desired.

Bonus points if you can use your skill that is in demand to directly make bitcoins.

In some countries you can direct deposit your paycheck into bitcoins.
In the US you can use http://www.bitwage.co or PEY in Germany.
bitcoin indeed a magic for everyone , learn a skill that is in demand it's me , now i am studying way to make some money
and the next may be i will learn trading because trade one of great way to make some money
