No I do not think it will used by everyone because there will still be other big currency's like the dollar that will be used more than the dollar.
This is not only the rule for the dollar but also for the euro, the bitcoin will maybe used a lot more but still not by everyone, from that we are still far away.
Yes, the supporter of dollar which is I think only USA will not leave dollar for their international use in order to give strength to their currency, the same will do Europeans, they are now in the struggle to make their currency No.1 , so they will not leave it for bitcoin easily. |

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

USD is the best currency which can be widely used and I don't think that bitcoin will be used by everyone as bitcoin has not proved yet that is has been better then USD. |

I doubt that will ever happen. not even in 2050. Bitcoin is besically understandable by someone with a bit of technical knowledge. It is not for the general people. Probably you will see a more streamlined bitcoin in 2022 but not used by everyone for sure. Bitcoin is not meant to destroy fiat currency in any way. It is just providing you a an extra way to earn and invest money which can add a little spice in your daily life. But it will never become another fiat. |

With the current rate of Bitcoin adoption and new Bitcoin start-up companies trying to offer services to more people and cover a greater part of the global population I think it's possible to guesstimate about 10-20% worldwide usage in 2022. Bitcoin is getting mainstream at a steady pace so we will get there sooner or later but the year may not be 2022.

It all depends if it keeps growing at this pace, I think there might be a ceiling for the growth. I can't imagine everyone using it in its current state.
Just far too difficult to use and understand for regular people.

This would mean it would take longer than the internet with the impplementation of the world wide web needed to take off. I don't think it will take that much time. We are already in year 7 but still in early stages in terms of development and number of users. But another 5-10 years can bring us really big improvements I believe, in both terms. So 2022 is in ~6,5 years. I hope to see at least 100 million users during that time. Online gaming is a huge market Bitcoin can take some nice shares. The same for online gambling (poker(bovada) or sports betting). These two huge markets are made for Bitcoin.I have high expectations for that. And don't let's forget cross border payments ( Google and Amazon affiliates for instance) and foreign remittances. |

Well, IMO, bitcoin might be known, but not being used by many in 2022..I think bitcoin users will just increase few % from now...Price would also soar by 2022 which I think could make others think that they are already late... |

thru the help of social media sites, movies and the drug sale on the tv news, bitcoin may just be use by everyone in the near future.
it would be really frustrating for banks if bitcoin would be use casually by people even when jsut buying on local or grocery stores.

We are startin to see tons of use thanks to Steam already, so if we are only in 2016, imagine 5 years from now, it will be all over the place and everyone will be using it, it's just a matter of time that more and more people see the benefits.
