cannot argue with that, was sent very close to the game start but not confirmed till much later, and it never showed up in my bet(parlay) page, how would i know that my bet was accepted or rejected? Needless to say you are taking full advantage of  this, if bet loses you accept the bet, if wins you reject it and send money back, win-win for you, looks like a loophole to rip off customers who place wager very close to the game start time

This is simply not true. As long as the bet is placed before the game it will always be accepted. The bet time can always be verified by the blockchain. The bet amount does not show up instantly on the bet slip, whether you place it 10 hours before game time or 10 minutes.

You placed a bet before a game started, it lost, and would like a refund. We will be out of business tomorrow honoring those requests.

if you stated in your TOS that bet is confirmed by time BTC sent shown on blockchain it would be satisfactory, there is not a single word in TOS about it, instead you reserve the right to cancel the bet at your discretion
as i said you are taking advantage of customers who placed bets close to start time, you do not confirm or cancel the bet so you can decide after the game

It is stated at the bottom of every page that we "may cancel and return any bet if it is placed after a game has started." Your bet was placed before the game started. Is it really that shocking that the bet time is based on the sending time? If you assumed it was the confirmation time why send the bet in the first place so close to game time?

Also, bets never show up in "My Bets" after they are placed. The bet slip is for unplaced bets. Once you click "Place Bet", it is removed from My Bets. Go ahead, try it out. Your reasoning is simply wrong.

Until you have an actual example of a bet being cancelled, please stop with the accusations.
