Hello, I placed 2 bets that were placed after an event was started. The one bet that won was cancelled while the 2nd bet was a loss and was not graded as canceled even though it was placed after the start time of the event. This seems unfair as certain bets are cancelled while those that were lost are not returned. http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/19ddfThe event had started by the time this bet was placed. I bet .35 on l. Hewitt, yesterday. Still has not paid out and other bets after that have. I don't have the bet ID number because I placed it at work. Can provide my btc wallet I used if needed, and transaction ID.

Anonymity and lack of communication aren't the same thing. The link (bet slip) is a great way to get information from me about whether my bet was paid out, ie, why is the guy still clicking on the link 17.5 hours later? Could not your web app check that the game was paid out at that time? Or alert you at that time (of course only if it is necessary)? Thank you, JJ |
