Well, I feel like patting myself on the back for my brilliant bets 10 weeks ago that Jameis Winston would win the Heisman, so here goes: http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/2aa31http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/b82e3Bit, if you are prepared to offer me anything for my winning bets, please do not hesitate to contact my by PM. For starters, how about you merely cancel and refund one of them? Accepting my money back on a bet I won at > 12:1 odds is the most generous offer I can make. We could then discuss a mechanism to convert the other into a long-term investment in your site as part of a plan to rehabilitate your reputation and return the site to profitability. If you aren't even willing to consider either a refund or a rollover, then the conclusion for everyone else you owe will be clear. In the interest of transparency, I will post whatever happens to this forum. If I hear and receive nothing, I will post an update at weekly intervals. (Anything more frequent than that would, in my opinion, just clog up a thread that's already at risk of choking on its own vomit.) Congrats, Jameis.

Now it's been exactly 4 weeks. Awesome. Bit365, just post that you're running away with all of our money. At least then we'l have closure. At this point, I'm even willing to just let you treat the btc that you owe me as an "investment" in bitcoinsports.eu. Isn't that a reasonable compromise?

Is bit365's identity known?
no body know who is he where from just all know he is from this community and working for long time The registrant information of the site lists an address of Klapparstigur 7, 101 Reykjavik, Italy. This is not a real address, but merely a part of the address tied to the bitcoinsports servers/hosting run by Orangewebsite.com whose business address is Klapparstigur 7, 101 Reykjavik, Iceland. (side note, orangewebsite accepts bitcoin) The registrant phone number listed is +39.3548466244. This is a business phone number belonging to indipendenzaveneta.net registered by Lodovico Pizzati, in Vatican City, Italy.... He is the secretary of Indipendenza Veneta (a political party), and is a fairly known Venitian politician. This is likely not associated with Bit365 or his hosting at all... Rather, without the +39 country code... 3548466244 is associated with orangewebsite.com. It's used as a registration phone number for orangewebsite.com, http://dwpexamination.org/, movieboot.com, and piratesplanet.org by Henri K. Johannes (or Henri Vilmi?) (CEO of orangewebsite). This is almost certainly the number that is displayed if the orangewebsite ID protection service is used. My unfortunate conclusion is that Bit365 is still largely still a mystery and if he pays for the hosting in bitcoin, even the hosting won't have much information about him. Though he might live in/near Vatican city which may have possibly added the +39 country code to his information in error upon registering the site.... I can't really think of too many explanations for that one. I think we can only hope that Bit365 is an honest person and doesn't steal all our coins.

Ironic in some ways in that I'm flying to Reykjavik in 6 days, not that it matters.

@mekanical yeah i doubt he would his real address in domain registration and/or webhosting. what's bitcointalk's policy about sharing a scammer's IP address? @wasubii did you get paid for this investment, which has no winnings/losses and was made after he solved his "winnings calculation problems"?

Welp, I know a lot of people have given up. My outstanding is only about .80 BTC so I don't feel quite so terrible. I don't need the money but I know some people have counted on bitcoin as supplemental income or even primary. I regret not seeing the signs sooner. Bets got increasingly slow to pay out. I had to follow up each bet with an email. Then the excuses started flowing. People started losing REAL money. And now we're on day 30+ of this with no sign of a resolution. I've been using http://bit.ly/19QmgyB casino bitcoin as my book now. So I recommend you continue to get paid with the coin you still have.

Weird guy for sure, can't get a read on him. But then again I'm not an investor or regular gambler on the site. So that's why I'm so positive Wanting to do some betting this weekend. What other books do you guys recommend? So far bitbook.biz looks like the best replacement. What I like about bit365 is that I don't have to register to bet. Any other sites like that?

I'm still waiting for my cash out of my investment from: http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/2c3faI'm thinking we should change the title of this thread to indicate its a scam, at least until he starts paying people out. I think for new members or just people browsing the forum, they might think that because he has a thread hes legit

today he post in services section he is going to clear all problem with in 2 or 3 days about investments then give all pays to signature members hope you all have your payments soon He's been saying that for weeks though, probably because people are still betting at his site. See recent bets: http://bitcoinsports.eu/bets - Those small amounts will add up if he continues not to pay or just pay the tiny amounts.
