They cannot do much if the site doesn't pay I agree, but they can put a warning on the thread title if there is enough evidence or complaints against it.
yes but I think nobody have to contact with mods about this some one must do this and send PM to them about this scam hope they put some warning tag on this

So he pays out small bets to keep this scam going. He didn't pay any big investment... That investment page on his site is obv a joke. Does anyone actually believe he had every single bet/investment stored in seperate cold wallets? lol cmon.
Mods need to change the title of this thread to warn other people. Also be very careful of all the new betting sites that are coming out now. He probably already started a new site. scammers gonna scam.

You registered three days ago so I'm dubious - perhaps you are bit365 and will supply disinformation to throw us off the trail...

I can assure you, I'm not Smiley I have my own Website. I know where this man lives, now I have 2 options, post it publicly so when he sees this, he will shut everything down, or I can settle this is private. I'm trying to help people here recover their BTC's and I'm "Bit365". Forget it man, theres always one bad apple that needs to ruin the bunch.

Chill out bro - i didn't say you were him just that your 3 day account doesn't carry much weight. Do you also post under another account?

No one on this forum will benefit from becoming less careful!  Roll Eyes

Regarding public or private route, i would suggest try it privately first (as it seems you are) and if you don't get anywhere then you could consider going public.

You'll make a lot of friends here if you are genuinely here to help us out

Hi bit365 Smiley

Another guy who just happens to know bit365's identity. First it was jj30 who either went nuts or was in on the scam... Now another guy shows up buying time for bit365... Fool me once - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjmjqlOPd6A&hd=1
Mods please label this thread as a scam, bit365 stole hundreds of btcs from us.

Those who are selling your investments, you probably have less than 5% chance getting your money back.

That makes this whole situation even more dishonest.

You actually have less than 1% to be honest. I will be visiting Mr David of Bit365.

I didn't read through this whole thread, but it sounds like a bunch of scamming going on, and BitCappers.com is probably in on it. He just scammed me on a coin buy/sell from another thread.

Be careful who's feeding you information.

At this point it is best to just stop fucking sending money to this "service"

I actually used to like this site. Then last summer it started sucking. Then this fall it started looking kind of scammy. There is no possible universe though where the way this is being operated it isn't a scam.

Earlier this week I finally wrote all of this shit up here: http://www.thedrinkingrecord.com/2014/01/05/a-descent-into-scam-bitcoinsports-eu/

I did receive 2 of my payments yesterday I'm just owed 1 so I don't think he's going to scam us.

At this point, a recap and the most likely current scenario in my mind is this:

Bit365 at some point lost access to wallets in cold storage late last year.  While his last post states that it looks like he can recover them, I doubt that has panned out.  Maybe they are lost forever, maybe they can be recovered in the future.

I believe Bit365's current plan is to continue website operation in attempt to grow bet volume so that house profits and new investments can be used to pay out the large cashouts owed, or at least attract new large bets/invests which can be used to pay out the old ones ponzi style.

Also, has anyone noticed that the investment amount hasn't changed much despite all of our large investment cashout requests?  Collectively we have at least 200 BTC owed. Logically a reluctance to pay out large bets may reflect the need to keep BTC in the investment pool to allow larger bet sizes, this is especially useful in attempting to generate additional profits if the house is a bit underwater.  Though, if all of the funds are legitimately lost in cold storage this is a relatively moot point because he can't pay them out anyway.

I dont think if your running a 400,000+ USD business that you lose the money due to cold storage wallets just being lost. If bitcoin was regulated in the U.S. this guy would be looking at serious... fucking... time.
