Pleasantly surprised to see this token remain in the green for the past few days.  And up overall those past days.  One of the more legit projects on the market. 

I had wish to accumulate more and was expecting to see it coming little more down but that didn't happen during uncertain times. I don't think this strong floor is going to now when everywhere is green. In next rally this coin will be of $1 each whenever that happens in very near future.

The Stellar Lumens Decentralised Exchange, Stellarport, is now up and running. The Stellar distributed exchange has been active for a while now and can be accessed in various ways (such as the StellarTerm interface), but Stellarport might be one of the more convenient all-in-one options, also offering a Stellar wallet.

At the time of writing, the bulk of Stellar trading looks like XLM:MOBI pairs, but all the native Stellar ecosystem tokens are present, including Smartlands (SLT), SureRemit (RMT) and fiat currencies in the form of CNY.

nope, it's a consensus protocol developed by some mathematician and adopted by Stellar. PoW and PoS are also consensus protocols. PoW  was proposed by Satoshi. PoS ..... there are many of them. First PoS was implemented by NXT.

Not sure you will be able to vote  for inflation pool from ledger nano s. Seems it doesn't include have such  option.

definitely there is.  It is called Stellar Desktop client. The official Stellar site has the link to download it.

I'm new to Stellar and just wondering about the coin distribution. In the announcement is written:

50B XLM: to be given in small increments to as many people as possible.
25B XLM: to be given to other businesses and non-profits to reach people that stellar.org wouldn't otherwise be able to reach through the Direct Signup program.
20B XLM: to be given to bitcoin and XRP holders (announcement about the details of this coming soon)
5B XLM: retained by Stellar.org for operations.

https://www.stellar.org/stats/ tells me that the total supply is 103,689,123,972 and only a small part has been distributed up until now.

Since there is an inflation of 1% per year, there have been added 3,689,123,972 coins up until now, right? SDF still holds the majority of the total supply, therefore the majority of those 3,689,123,972 coins also belong to them. It's an additional income, so to speak, right? SDF has an income of about 800.000.000 coins each year, amounting to about 350.000.000 USD per year (using current price).

This is in addition to the 5B XLM which are retained by Stellar.org for operations.
Do you have any plans to distribute those additional coins or is it just a "hidden" income for SDF?

It can be reach after seeing btc being bullish, I think most of the alts that have a good project and innovations can increase their value in no time,
the market seems to be more stable, just waiting for some good position before buying my coin and store it, better to look for long term investment
and wait till the value will be mooning high.

Stellar managed to go up for 12% against the dollar  3 days ago, on February 14th, which means that investors and holders of XLM are looking forward to seeing that Stellar is getting closer to the value of 0.5$ per one unit.
current price of this token is 0.45$ (according to CMC) with the latest change of 0.69% against the dollar, which brought in the current price from the day old total of 0.41$ per one unit.
with this pace of growth and bounce off, Stellar managed to outperform all other currencies, having the greatest step of growth in the last couple of days when compared to all existing coins.

I am very bullish on Stellar an hodling strong.My projection is at least $1 / XLM this year. IBM do does  a fair work to promote it.

This year is set to show us larger supplies coins and tokens going up by gaining more and more value. Stellar is already flying in perfect zone from where it can easily hit $1 just by doubling its marketcap. We have yet to see all this happening as strategy has changed already so accumulating is best way while it stays here.
